Nothing to write home about, but overall good food. Reasonably priced for the portion sizes.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. They work hard and even when they are super busy (like tonight) they have smiles on their faces. There was a wait but the food is worth it!!

I came here on a Sunday for pho and Thai iced tea. The server was really friendly and attentive. The pho broth was saltier than I like. The eye of round steak was thicker than expected. The noodles were wide. The basil was fresh, and they were generous with the limes. The iced tea came with crushed ice. The meal wasn't bad overall but different from what I can get in Chicago. I was happy to find pho in Springfield. The booths were worn out, hence 3 stars for atmosphere.

Our first time in last night. The food is great. Chicken lettuce wraps to start were outstanding. I ordered the crazy noodle with the steak. The steak was so tender and tasty. My husband ordered Bun and loved it. I will definitely try it next time. Our server was great. I didn't get his name. The only thing I would mention is if he didn't slam the glasses on the table when he brought out drinks or refills. Have a little more finesse. This place could be a great date night with a little more relaxed service. The menu is large with many options and I look forward to dining here often. I loved that you offer papaya salad. I just wonder if it is possible to order without shrimp? Papaya salad is one of my favorite dishes. I just don't eat shrimp. Thanks.
