My girlfriend and I went here for a work brunch and had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. We ordered a simple sandwich and a side of chips, yet it took over an hour to receive our food — long after everyone else at the table had already eaten and finished.

To make things worse, our waitress never checked in, never asked if everything was okay, and never apologized for the delay. By the time our food arrived, everyone else was done eating, and we were just sitting there waiting. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a casual work outing.

Given the slow service, lack of communication, and poor customer care, we honestly don’t plan to come back. Hopefully, management takes this as constructive feedback and improves their service for future guests.

Today was the first time I’ve ever been to Monical’s Pizza. It was also the last time I’ll ever be there. My wife and I sat down to eat in the dining room and there were no other customers in the building. While waiting over 30 minutes to get our food, another table of customers were seated. They were served their food within five minutes, and the waiter then told us that our order was just now being started and should be ready in 10 minutes or so. After 35 minutes, we left the building after being told this. What a joke. I will never ever visit this place again. I hope that poor waiter quits his job because we would’ve left a good tip for him and he had no other customers except for the people who walked in after us. Shame on the failed management.

It's been years since I had Monical's Pizza. But last Wed I needed to grab lunch while waiting to bring my dog home from the vet's. I did take out, but the staff was so very cordial. Then I had a personal thin crust cheese and a small salad, but wasn't really able to focus on my food. This weekend I decided to get a pizza and their pecan salad delivered. I got a 16' inch thin crust extra crispy. The food was delivered before the stated arrival time, and even then the young man apologized for the delay. The pizza was hot. And both the pizza and the salad were amazing. They are my new "go-to" for pizza and salad.

Had a large group for a birthday on a sunday . Ordered 3 pizzas, bread sticks, salad and lasagna. Service and all the food were all top notch excellent! we had a sweet waitress who was very attentive and did great job! The pizza was so good and loved the crust ? definitely recommend! Pizza comes out piping hot!! love the crust and everything good. Salad is chilled and very good dressing with lots of toppings. 8 inch pizza perfect size for one ? . This monicals the best !

I would highly recommend Monical's pizza. I love their pizza!

Father's Day disaster. We were a group seated and "forgotten". We would have understood the situation if there had been any type of communication. Understand that they were dealing with staffing situations after waiting 2 plus hours before we were told. We would have gone elsewhere if only they would have let us know in a professional way. Cold food, diluted drinks.

The food was good, but not worth the over two hours wait time for it. We went with a larger group, but there were tables sat, served, and paying before they realized we hadn't got our food yet. They were turning away groups of 2 and 3 people as we were leaving with an almost empty dining room telling them the wait for food was around 90 minutes at that point.

Ordered 14” Thin Crust Pizza with thin sauce, extra chicken, red onions and Jalapeno peppers. Crust was very crispy and tastes ultimate. Chicken was very soft and veggies are fresh and crunchy. One of the best pizzas I had in recent times. People at the restaurant had greatly hospitality.
