Multiple health code violations. Fountain machine has mold in it. Found black particles in cup when pouring ice. Disgusting, not cleaned properly at all.

The older guy with the chef hat needs to be reprimanded or fired. He made me a piece of bread, after telling him I wanted a turkey bacon and ranch sub. Just bread. He kept playing games with me and left me in tears. I'll never return to any location after such a poor experience.

They can't even answer their phone or upgrade their time on here! I h8 driving all the way there just to see if they are actually open. Change the damn time on here if you close at 4 then you put on here you close at 4 not 8pm! Come on people ! Do ur business right hire right people that actually work. But now of days dumb parents can't raise a hard working person. Oh well I guess we have count on China to do everything for us .

Ordered online for the first time. Went to pick up my From the Greenery sandwich and it had things on it that were not listed on 1) the online ordering platform or 2) the printed menu hanging in the shop. I asked them to remake it, which they did, but with an attitude, saying the kind of sandwich I ordered "always has Black Olives on it". How in the world would I have known to request it without Black Olives, if NO WHERE indicates that that is automatically included? I got my replacement sandwich, and it was still wrong. I won't be back to this location.
