Third video surveillance does not matter, if we eat the food or not we paid $100 for just few tacos and tortas, which your prices are also high. The thing here is I can easily report it to Tripple B, State Attorney and The health department. Look at you the way you respond, if your responding like that imagine the kind of people you got working there. We choose your restaurant to go eat and expect a great atmosphere but got to find out is a completely different thing. Now I see why people say you guys are EMPTY.

We arrived expecting a whole different atmosphere, place was empty. The server/waitress, was arrogant/rude. Food quality was not good, the food was salty and seem like us been sitting for a while. The tortillas where not good at all, they where hard. Chips where ok, but salsas they where old. Will definitely not recommend this place at all.

Hands down the best Mexican food in Springfield, and for miles! Love this place. They have the best everything-- their house made chips and salsa can't be beat. The family that runs it is so nice. Would recommend the Big Burra if you are looking for a quesadilla type meal out of this world!

Really friendly staff, great food!Vegetarian options: There seem to be a decent amount of choices for someone who eats seafood and fish or dairy. It seems like you can get things to where a dish would be vegan by asking to not have dairy.Parking: I had a tricky time getting here just because I didn't realize where the entrance was for sure. If you are headed east on Wabash and miss them, you can continue around taking a left onto MacArthur then turn left onto the street right beside Penny Lane and go through the streets behind there to come back out to it very easily (what I did after I pulled over next to Penny Lane to figure out how to get there lol)

It is authentic, high quality, flavorful, and I have tried almost half the menu without there being a single thing I didn't like.Don't miss this place for any reason if you are looking for Mexican food that is top notch.
