The food prices are marked up a massive amount. Just go look at any online menu from the actual restaurant site to see the price, then look at the price on Abe's. Order 2 eat does not do this , neither does uber eats from what I have found so far at least. They have a chinese restaurant on there where prices are almost doubled. And on top of that, there is still the delivery fee. Not worth it

Ordered from this app tons of times and almost never had an issue. decent wait and super nice drivers. today though, i waited an hour for the food (which was normal), got the message that it would be here in a few minutes, then a message saying it was cancelled. so i called the number because it said my house was “out of the zone†and the CSR who got my call told me that was the issue, then said all of a sudden they were too busy to get my food to me on time so they c a n c e l l e d i t instead of just telling me it would be late, like they have done before. super sad about this and hope they find a better way to notify people.

I received the wrong order. Mr. Delivery refused to re-deliver the correct food and blamed the restaurant for the order being wrong. When I spoke with someone at the restaurant, he said the drive approved substitutions for the order without contacting me. Mr. Delivery would only give me a $5.00 credit which didn't even come close to covering the cost of the food that was wrong.
On time. Great service. Each driver I've had has been reliable and always throw them a couple extra bucks their way. Don't always get delivery but when I do its them.
