Im ONLY leaving a 4star review, because the chubby guy that works the night shift is rude!! & a few times ive been there I have to go back & forth with receiving the drink that comes with the meal. Food is Great Manager/ Cook is very kind an accommodating & leah is has the best customer service working the register. Food Is the CLOSEST to chicago style food in the whole Springfield.

Where do I start..... I ordered a super nacho without jalapeños & no onions alongside a polish with only mayo & ketchup. I get the order & check it 2 see if it was correct..... hell no what did I get... a super nacho with jalapeños & the chick tells me they're not jalapeños they're pickles..... that's not what I ordered ma'am. Nonetheless, I didn't even receive my polish.... she gave me a hotdog with mustard & ketchup on it. Mind u I usually get chicken but I won't be doin that again because they don't change their grease & the chicken is old as hell..... I've had my fair share of messed up food from this place.... I will no longer give them my money for my hunger..... word of advice if ur cook don't know how to read an order for customers then get rid of him..... or whoever is in the kitchen. I'll also be contacting the health department.

I ordered a super ground beef taco and was given an unknown meat on pita bread, I think it was lamb but definitely not ground beef
I called and the person who answered the phone blamed it on the cook. They did not offer a refund and while I was still talking he hung up the phone on me. Eat here at your own risk. I never will again.

food was so good i got the gyro nacho and it’s probably one of the best things i’ve eaten in awhile . the guy gave me and my bf free sodas with our meal too which was really nice. would definitely go here ago again🔥really affordable too

The food is amazing but there is no point of calling your food in ahead of time because they won’t drop your food until you pay for it. Never once has my food been ready when I pulled up and I’ve eaten here at least 10 times.
