They catered to my daughter's high school today as a fund raiser for her senior trip. It's amazing that if this is actually the right one that they traveled all the way to cowden, IL. I bought 8 meals because I work in a health care facility and I bought the meals to help her trip and provide a great meal for the men in my cila home. They thought it was amazing and so did I! The chicken was juicy 😋 and the potatoes 🥔 were definitely real potatoes and even the green beans tasted amazing 👏 very great job and thank you Nelson's for helping out my daughter's high school 🏫 I will definitely consider you for catering in the future and I will definitely spread the word about your wonderful food 😀

We had Nelson's cater our wedding and it was a lovely experience. We were moving ahead of schedule and they adapted to serving food ahead of time. The staff was very polite and informative. They're also very timely when it comes to emails. If you're looking for a good wedding caterer, I highly recommend Nelson's!

We had Nelson's cater our wedding and provide bar service and we could not be happier! We worked with Wanda and she led us through the whole process and helped us design a great evening! She worked one-on-one with us and handled multiple change requests and customizations along the way. In the end, the food was delicious and creative - just like the tasting promised, and the catering staff were all professional and fun to work with. Nelson's was great with everything - they had a wide variety of menu items at different price points, they were able to customize things on an a la carte basis, and they made it easy to combine dinner and bar service all in one. If you're looking for a great caterer with plenty of experience, we highly recommend Nelson's!

Can't say enough good things about Nelson's Catering! We had them for our wedding in Champaign, and they were amazing! Wanda in particular was super responsive and easy to work with, very clear, and made the whole process super easy.

To start, the food is incredible, we had so many family tell us how much they liked the food. Nelsons was sensitive to food allergies, and were very professional during the plated service. They arrived early to set up, and were very flexible with our schedule to make sure we had the best experience. We were able to try all the food ahead of time, and there wasn't a single bad thing on the menu. Our experience with them was great, would highly recommend!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Nelson’s Catering. Wanda was amazing to work with to make our wedding menu choices. Very prompt with responses and letting me know the time line. The food was exceptional! We had pulled pork, cheesy mashed potatoes, southern style green beans, and salad. We received so many compliments. The staff who were at our venue were so accommodating, making sure items were filled and stocked when needed. When they were done, they packed up anything left and were on their way. It was so nice to know I didn’t have to worry. Highly recommend if you have the chance to use them, book them!! Can’t thank them enough.

We used Nelson's for a week long seminar in Springfield. The food was delicious, the staff was exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly...and the pricing was absolutely reasonable. We will use them again. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to have Nelson's cater our wedding in Champaign, IL and they were incredible. Set up was quick and seamless, the bar tender was friendly and efficient, and the food was incredible. The bacon covered dates, chipotle chicken, and pulled pork were hits. And the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches at the end of the reception were life saving. Selecting the package before hand was easy and Wanda was always reachable by email for all the questions we had.

I attended the ACE Coaster Con at Indiana Beach last week, and I just wanted to say that your crew provided the best meals of the week, especially the pork chops, pit-tat-toes, and the white cheddar Mac and cheese! Also, your crew was very professional and so kind, for being a group that consisted mostly of young people! I heard zero complaints from my fellow ACE'ers, which is rare because we eat a lot of catered food! I hope we get the chance to use you guys again!
