An employee felt like it was her duty to extend her service by touching on my HUSBAND. Handing food is not caressing his wrist. As HIS WIFE, I am deeply disturbed. Maybe she’s lonely, I get it, but this is not a fish she wants to catch. He’s taken. Sorry not sorry. Let’s not have that happen again. Tasty food I guess. ???

What's not to love about this place? It's excellent & delicious, and the service is top notch! We've been to other restaurants and none can hold a candle to New China. Don't go to nasty buffets that are full of contaminated offerings and filthy serve-ware. We enjoy ordering there & eating at home after a long workday! Consistently #1 Chinese establishment in Springfield.

Chinese restaurants no longer deliver. You have to use GrubHub or DoorDash. Both companies are horrible. However, New China uses real orange in their Orange Chicken. That's worth it right there.
