Really decent for fast food. Portions don't match prices for adult meals, kids a decent price for the meal. Pretty dirty with noodles on the ground under unoccupied tables. Music far to loud.
Ordered door dash and got my food and horrible got mac and cheese with pulled pork nothing but fat and no meat for 15 dollars no thank you. I will never order from here again.
I recently dined at the Noodles & Company located at 2575 Wabash Trail in Springfield, IL, and had a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, guiding me through their diverse menu options. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that exceeded my expectations.
The restaurant offers both dine-in and takeout options, providing flexibility for different dining preferences. The ambiance was welcoming and the establishment was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this location for anyone craving a satisfying meal in a pleasant environment.

Called to place a to-go order and was told I needed to do it online. I like to call in orders because we have specific allergies and a special request which usually never gets communicated when ordering online. They told me they would not take my order over the phone. I guess we’ll go somewhere else.

I made it to noodles and company 15 minutes before close. They turned me away because they have already cleaned the kitchen and have put all the food away. I think corporations want their customers served until closing not turned away

We wanted something that was fast and wasn’t fried and went with Noodles and Company, got a penne Rosa with chicken, a buttered noodles, and a pad Thai
and was happy with all of it. With a couple drinks and side salads our totals was less than $40 with tip. I would def recommend even of the wait was a little longer than expected

I'm never disappointed here, The young lady taking our order and bringing the food to our table was incredible. She was very pleasant and greeted us with a smile and a welcome. I had the garlic tortellini with spinach and it was excellent.

Not dog friendly at all. On the website BringFido I quote that it says "Noodles & Company on Wabash Avenue has four pet-friendly tables where you are welcome to dine with your dog." However this is a lie. Manager stated that no pets will be allowed in with the bad weather we've been having and any other day we would only allow a service dog.

Fantastic service. Waited in line for maybe 5 minutes and the food was handed to us before we even got to order
I haven't gone inside to eat post covid but I've gotten pretty used to placing an order on their website when I leave my house and just stepping inside and grabbing my food which is always ready in 10-15 minutes regardless of how busy it is inside. I love the Japanese Pan Noodles and I like that they don't charge for taking ingredients out like some places do, they actually have an option to double up on another item as a substitute for the ingredient you may not want. The rice crispies are also very tasty. Someone behind the counter always greets me so I can say I have a pick up. They don't just assume I'm waiting to dine in. I also appreciate that they have never forgotten to give me silverware.
