I live out of the state and ordered one for delivery for my dad's 70th Birthday. Found out yesterday Springfield was expecting significant snow, so I tried to call to let the store know they could delay delivery till it was safe but couldn't get anyone. To my surprise someone at this store delivered the cake to my dad on his birthday in 7 inches of snow!! Thank you! Stay safe!

The cakes are delicious, but the wrapping needs to be reworked. For the second time,when I picked up a cake my daughter had ordered, there were big areas that were open to air for the cake to get stale. Whoever is wrapping the cellophane needs to do better or they need to come up with another solution like boxes, etc. Also, today the cake seemed like it had just been made because the frosting was soft and the cellophane was sticking to it even though my daughter ordered two days ago for pickup today. She specifically said she wanted it chilled before she picked it up.

The husband ordered these for me and my new coworkers to enjoy before the New Year ended as a surprise. He was impressed with the delivery since he had to bump up the delivery an hour earlier than anticipated. The delivery person called and informed him they were dropped off. He was so impressed he called back or first day back from New Years for another delivery since some staff was out of office on the guest one. Everyone loved the taste and the size of the mini Bundt cakes. Great variety and a hit with everyone.

I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who helped us. He had to have been the store manager or owner. He was so polite and kind and very helpful. He explained everything to us and even threw in a free mini cake. The cakes are so delicious and moist. When I say we devoured them in 2.5 seconds. So good! Definitely a 5 Star place with 5 Star customer service. I will definitely be back!
