There is a worker there named Peyton and he is such an asswhole he was texting me during his shift and saying things that where highly disrespectful

Years, ago as a child this place used to be good. The manager is just a S.o.B.Needs a new manager.

Visited the other week and found the food and service to be good. Had hamburgers big enough to take half home. Sadly, it seems the Springfield location will be clowing.

Everything was fine, the food was good and the drinks were correct but they are shutting the store next week. It wasn't my favorite but I did enjoy going there. Too bad.

One of our favorite restaurants. Reasonably priced with good selectiontons. However, service tonight was a little slow.

Overpriced for what you get. The loaded potato soup is alright and the rolls are very tasty. However, the steak I ordered medium rare came chewy and overdone and lacked any seasoning. Service is generally friendly, while the atmosphere is standard for a midsized, casual chain joint. Can't suggest this place. There are many better restaurants in Springfield.

We waited 15 minutes to get our drinks and then another 15 for someone to come take our order. We then waited over an hour and we still hadn’t got our food. Then the table next to us (who had been there 45 minutes) got their food first. We asked a waitress how much longer our food would be and she never came back with an answer. The manager decided to close the restaurant early because the “computers were down” no apology or answers were given. We will not ever be returning.

Hit and miss. Some visits it's awesome and sometimes not so much. I think it depends on who is in the kitchen. My last trip was a miss.. had to send the appetizer back (which I almost never send food back it has to be really bad) and they had to take my steak back to finish cooking. I'll try again sometime. The server was very good.

My husband and I were there and we were so impressed with the service and their food. We had a waitress named Marlene and she was so fantastic and had the best sense of humor. She always made sure we were refreshed with beverages and satisfied with our meal. If you are ever in Springfield Illinois go in and ask for a table in Marlene's section and also enjoy their great meals. It will be the best place you will have ever gone to. Usually I like O'Charley's, but today it was terrible. Pauline is the worst waitress I have ever had. Never brought the rolls. Didn't bring my wife's drink until the meal was nearly over. I had to ask another waiter for ketchup. After she brought the bill, she disappeared for over fifteen minutes. I finally asked the hostess to take the payment. Food was okay but not great. The soup and pot pie were very salty and the burger was undercooked. I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.

Service was slow, my steak came out w/o the correct topping and was well done when I had asked for medium. I had to ask 2 different ppl, 3 different times for butter for the potatoes. My sons burger came out wrong as well and was not the type of sandwich the menu purported it to be and it took an extra 10 minutes at least for him to get some Sprite.

Service was horrible. According to the ticket her name was Pauline. It took forever to order. She never gave us silverware. Never refilled our drinks. She didn't put my drink on the ticket and actually took my ticket to make a new one... that's her fault not mine. And I'm between each time she had to get something for us it took minimum of 15min for her to come back. And to end the night, she didn't give us a pen to sign with. Horrible service.
