Hit and miss. Some visits it's awesome and sometimes not so much. I think it depends on who is in the kitchen. My last trip was a miss.. had to send the appetizer back (which I almost never send food back it has to be really bad) and they had to take my steak back to finish cooking. I'll try again sometime. The server was very good.
My husband and I were there and we were so impressed with the service and their food. We had a waitress named Marlene and she was so fantastic and had the best sense of humor. She always made sure we were refreshed with beverages and satisfied with our meal. If you are ever in Springfield Illinois go in and ask for a table in Marlene's section and also enjoy their great meals. It will be the best place you will have ever gone to. Lately, the food quality has been substandard and the service is greatly lacking. Not sure if they're under new management but we have been surely disappointed the last couple of visits.
