Food is always good! Love the salad dressing!!!!! Omg soooo good! Recently tried the chicken tempura, and sweet and sour chicken! Both were great. Didn't care for the sauce that comes with the tempura but I didn't even need it. Ask for teriyaki on the steak and chicken from hibachi, it's a must for me now. Makes it much better! Our server was very sweet and helpful, I wish I would've remembered her name. Restaurant is clean and I like the decor!

Raw chicken and steak were brought to our grill on the same serving tray, two party members who ate the steak later ended up very sick. I understand this is standard at hibachi grills but I noticed a direct correlation between the food safety practices here and the party members getting sick.

I came here every year for my birthday for as long as I can remember! I love the food here and the chefs and waitresses are all so kind and funny! I enjoy watching the chefs cook and sing, I love the onion volcano/train too! So here I am going here again today for my birthday and so excited and my family is too!

This place is usually my go to when I am in Springfield but I got take out today and I'm very disappointed. I got my usual which is a steak and shrimp hibachi combo but all the meat was over cooked, the steak was horribly tough and the shrimp had a rubber consistency as if it were cooked in a microwave. The veggies and noodles were just drowning in soy sauce (?) and obviously had too much salt content. There is more but needless to say if I have a craving for hibachi again I'll drive the HR to Peoria for Shogun.

Came here for my sisters birthday. Party of 8. Worst waiter I’ve ever had. Dude knew that he was going to get an automated tip of 18% due to party size. Came to our table one time. Waters were empty for 10 mins. My wife asked for pepper flakes with her food. Waiter just shook his head, next time he came back to the table 15 mins later was with to go boxes and the check.

Never brought her pepper flakes. Had to go up and speak to a manager to get pepper flakes for my wife and her food was cold by then.

Terrible customer service. waiter didn’t deserve a dime but was forced to tip due to service charge and he knew that and took advantage of the fact that he knew he was getting tipped regardless

Noodles were almost inedible in the summer rolls. Super hard. Not worth the $7 for mostly lettuce.

Food was absolutely horrible,noodles tasteless and soggy,sauce salty as hell,and my schrimp tempura was surrounded by all fried vegetables which it was not supposed to be.
(full plate of fried food).waitress forgot my jasmin rice,when i asked she brought out white rice,and it was super old and dry.my stomach hurts. The bathroom smelled like sewage to the point i had to put my shirt over my face. The server was not bad overall.i dont recommend eating here at all.im really glad we didn't get some sort of raw fish, We mite not have made it. All jokes aside i heard it was good,and according to reviews they've went downhill within the last few yrs.the dining part was so bad i won't be back to try the hibachi.

Osaka is amazing! It's my most favorite place to eat whenever I visit Springfield! If you haven't been, you should definitely try it!

Worst sushi I've ever had, server was nice. The non fried spring rolls were like something I've never had of living in Asia. Dang, too bad.
