Chefs are quick and fun with the hot grill. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. I Truly appreciate it ❤️ come see it your for self. Make sure you call for RSVP first.Kid-friendliness: Mostly kids are very fickle when it comes to food but the wonderful thing is for them to give free french fries cuz not all the children are going to enjoy eating a cuisine like spicy lobster and steak. Yes, they'll eat the noodles and maybe the fried rice. They'll fight very much the vegetables but the yum yum sauce. That's where it hits. Put that on the vegetables and watch your kids clean their plate but basically they'll gobble up the french friesWheelchair accessibility: I believe they have an area within the restaurant that's just specially made for people with wheelchairs and the chef still performs with accuracy and fun. I like the accommodations. They're very very helpful

Hostess was rude from the moment she greeted us.Waiter was not very inviting, we asked about traditional Japanese (Steak, Rice veggies etc) and he told us that was only available at the grill and not served in this side. He seemed very agitated by my question. He was really short with us and overall, seemed to be having a bad day.Overall, would not recommend for lunch, we won’t be back.

I am beyond disappointed by my experience. Went to dinner with my girlfriend and her kids and the server assigned to us was very rude and disrespectful to her the entire time. Purposely took our order wrong. We had a party of 6 and ordered food for all of us but she only put in enough for 2.We tried to get it fixed with management but the manager on duty wouldn't fix our order and said we were not allowed to order the dinner more than once so all of us could eat. It was only when we started addressing it out loud for everyone to hear when they offered to make another one but it wasnt a complete order. There were clear signs that he was high on something as his eye were dilated and lips were quivering.And to make things worse while we were getting our bill taken care of our server Purposely ignored us and then proceeded to antagonize my girlfriend to goad her into a conflict. Very poor experience and service and we will not be returning again.

Staff commit fraud.Waiter forgot my main order for 30 minutes. When this was discovered paid, left no tip and left hungry instead, only to later discover that the waiter added their own 37% tip to my bill, unbelievable behaviour.

Family went here January 27th - all of us have food poisoning. It was the only food we all had in common and we all became very very ill Sunday evening/early Monday morning. Currently reporting to the public health department. First time here. Very disappointed.

My family went out to eat here not too long ago for my daughter's birthday. My daughter had been feeling depressed and we wanted to take her out to have a good time. She ended up not having a good birthday because of our experience at this restaurant. I've had problems with this restaurant before but I thought I would give another chance since the food is pretty decent and they are really close to me now. The chef didn't give the same amount of food to everyone at the table. He didn't have a lot of food to start with but he definitely gave the other people more food over my family. Also my family all got the teraki chicken and the chicken didn't taste right. It had a weird smell. My husband and daughter said the shrimp was too chewy. My family ended up getting sick but mostly me. Our stomachs all ended up hurting but I had it really bad. I called the next day to talk to the owner but ended up talking to the manager who wanted to know why I didn't talk to him because he was there. The staff there that night were either too busy or rude and after our dining experience and the staff being rude we just wanted to leave. I planned on talking to the owner because of how the food made my family sick. The manager said he would talk to the owner on Friday (January 26th) when they came in. I still have yet to hear from anyone. The manager was trying to give me a little discount after all the problems we had. I felt like we should get our money back or some of it at least. The manager said he couldn't do that so he would talk to the owner but like I just mentioned I have not heard from anyone and it has now been some time since I talked to the manager. Please be careful when dining here because I don't want anyone else getting sick and experiencing what my family did!

To cut a long tale short, we had a new cook at our Hibachi table. Not a big deal, unless the food is partially burned and overcooked. Additionally, this is not the first time it has occurred. If you're coming there for a special event, I would strongly advise you to request an EXPERIENCED chef for the Hibachi table. It does have a significant impact. Just by looking at him, it was very obvious right away that the cook was inexperienced. He seemed agitated, without any energy at all, and avoided the gimmicks they generally use (flinging food in your mouth, bellowing loudly, etc.).
