poor service quality for the price of the food, wasn't greeted by hostess or waitress, the waitress acted as if we were an inconvience, take some pride in your work and take care of your customers. I understand people have bad days and moments, but the service was very piss poor.

I had previously had poor service and food but todays experience was completely the opposite.. I had the prime rib sandwich which was delicious but wish places would quit putting seasoning on the fries . Will probably be back

Absolutely the worse dining experience, don’t waste your time or money. Arrived at 8:15, hostess never spoke, wandered around looking for silverware. Server came promptly with a smile, ordered cheese fries, we asked for extra cheese, they arrived dried out with very little cheese. We were told it was layered, it was not. Ordered salad wedge, French onion soup, filet and New York strip. Server came back, said out of the wedge and soup, truck didn’t arrive. Manager came, said we ask for him, we did not, he said cheese on fries is preproportioned, 3.5 oz, which explained no cheese on an entire platter of fries, he sent it back for cheese. He also stated they weren’t out of the wedge, it hadn’t been on the menu since before COVID, which isn’t true, we had it on Memorial Day weekend. Now it’s 9:00, 45 min we were there, salad came, still no fries, salad was suppose to have blue cheese dressing, it didn’t, it had a few blew cheese crumbles. They closed at 9, we are the only ones there. Steaks came, still no soup or fries. Steak was a bone in ribeye not New York strip and was raw. Baked potato was hard. Drinks hadn’t been filled. It’s now 9:30, we attempted to eat, was awful. Manager, who was proud he transferred from St. Peters, Mo, acted like he was doing us a favor for taking fries, soup and salad off our bill, soup and salad comes with the steak entree! Saved us $13 on a $75 meal we couldn’t eat. Still can’t figure out why it took so long to get salad and soup, we were the only ones there and they closed before we got food!!

No one in this place moves with any urgency at all. Servers hide in the kitchen! people had tables covered in empty plates. Yelling at the manager they can't find there server! Not a server to be found! We had to go to the bar to get silverware. Even one of the 2 bartenders has no clue about her surroundings ! The kitchen was trying there hardest to keep up. When we got our food it was really good.

This restaurant was phenomenal when they first opened up every time I went in there they were spot on every single time. The last two times I've been there the quality of the filets has been bad the air conditioning was way too high. Appetizers were burnt and so is the steak when I asked for it medium. One time I had to wait two hours just to get my soup. It's like every other really good restaurant in town that just skimps on quality when they get it right... Kind of like Smokey bones and Ned Kelly's when it was here.

Went in to eat and waited 4-5 minutes to be seated. And sat there. No one ever came to greet us or take our order so we got up and left.

Food ok, service shocking as predicted by other reviews. Veeeery slow and during the hour or so that we spent there they didn’t manage to clear any of the dirty tables around us.

Ordered the Thunder Chocolate cake it comes with ice cream. When I opened the container all the ice cream was melted. There were no strawberries with the cheesecake but we did get a mini loaf of bread!!! This was the worst curbside experience I’ve ever had!!!

Food was ok server was ok we could tell she was kind of fresh to the job. I was once a server and understand how it feels being new and severing so we didn't pay her any mind. Overall just think the cooks need to do a better job of making sure the food is all together and warm. And the carrots was raw. This was my first time being here and I don't think I'll be returning for awhile.

Our service was terrible starting at the front door. So disappointed, after receiving our text that our table was ready, we waited another 15-20 min. During our wait we (3) noticed several empty tables and two hostesses having a great time chatting and laughing. Ok, finally seated....10 min, our server came over for drink order....10 min water and soda arrived, a drink special of the day ordered.....20 min later a blackberry martini, no alcohol. Please keep in mind there were several open tables. Food arrives another 20 min, I played it safe and ordered a bacon cheeseburger, mayo only and fries with bacon and cheese. Sounds simple?....No! No mayo and a little cheese on 1/3 of the fries. Motioned for our server, asked if she could take the fries back , she asked what was wrong?? Well...would you please ask for cheese on the 2/3 of the plate without, her reply...that's the way he made them. Also, may I please have bacon for my bacon cheeseburger and mayo. My two friends are eating their meal which was good and are close to having enjoyed half of their meal. Several minutes later our server brings 3 strips of bacon on a plate...bacon isn't cooked and still no mayo. Once again I asked for mayo (3rd time). Manager brings my newly cooked fries (they were good) server brings my mayo. Ok....now I can start my meal as my friends are now finishing....sounds good, right? NO! Lifted my bun to add the mayo....my hamburger is charbroiled as in black. Our server asked how is everything?? I'm sorry, I cannot eat this, I took the bun off to show her that it was black and she asked what was wrong with it. By now my appetite was gone. Very disappointed and will never go back.

Previous experiences were good! However Monday night was terrible. The service was super slow and the food cold and very low quality!

Hostesses were terrible. Was on list, texted when table was ready but when we got to the desk, it wasn't ready, 15 more minutes. They gave our table away, I'm sure. Then server didn't know anything, I don't know, etc. food was terrible, manager tried to fix it but didn't work. Then server came and asked for 6 cents. Got an addition error in bill!!! Never again

My wife and I went in for dinner to celebrate Valentine's Day. While waiting for seating we went to the bar for a drink, service there was just a bit slow. When seated we were greeted by Lonnie who was very attentive but not overly, he was very pleasant and had all of our order correct. Or steaks were cooked as we had requested and were excellent.
