Saddest breakfast sandwich I have ever seen in my life. The rest of our food was pretty good.

The manager on duty on 11/22 horrible and he hung up twice and refused to fix an order that the store did not get right

Coming from out of town heading To Chicago I decided to stop here and get my salad. I love eating at Panera since I go to the one in my hometown Chicago . I got a southwest salad and boy it was terrible. Tasted old and the salad was almost frozen. I took 5 bites and threw the rest away.
