Restaurant and bathrooms were filthy. Drink dispensers were largely empty and not clean. Carpeted areas looked like they had not been vacuumed for some time. Bathrooms are outdated.

I expect to wait longer in the drive thru than say going to a burger joint. However, 45 minutes is a bit much. If there was a drive thru escape hatch, I would have jetted after 15 minutes of not moving. Alas, I was trapped! I watched two employees texting and walking back and forth in the drive thru. On a positive note, the food was tasty as always.

The food, when they manage to get you order right the first time is usually pretty good but DO NOT trust your to go order is correct. They have managed to screw up our order more than once. Check everything before you leave.
Also, they seem to keep running out of the French Baguettes just in time for dinner. I mean Come On! it's 5pm and we keep getting told that they are out of the bread to go with your meal. Here are some chips instead. This keeps happening. I'd understand if it was after 8pm but 5pm?! That's the START of the dinner rush. Surly someone in charge could start having more baguettes made so they last longer then the afternoon rush.

Checked previously for the best way to order a coffee box to go. I was told online. Placed order for 1 coffee box at 7:23 am for 8:05 pick up. Prepaid with $3 tip. Received email at 7:47 that order was ready for pick up. Arrived at 8:05 and order was not ready. Was told it was coming out now. 8:10 no order. 8:15 order was finally brought out. Got a "sorry for the delay" and have a nice day. Don't trust them for pick up.

somehow i order french onion soup and the guy in the drive thru puts in broccoli cheddar. completely different types of soups paid almost 15 dollars for the wrong soup. i paid cash and cant get a refund. do better
