Love going to Papa Franks. Great Saputo's food, without having to have a reservation, like at the original Saputo location( nice old school itailian place by the way :). Papa Franks has big bar area with lots of sports TVs too.

They have good food but you never get all your food when you order to go. They dont care either they have never offered to make it right. If you say anything they look at you like your stupid and pretty much ignore you.

Highly recommend!! Food was absolutely AMAZING! Service was expecially amazing. Our waitress reviewed the history and the menu and answered our questions thoroughly! Again highly recommend this restaurant. Not outrageously expensive but great food!

My wife and along with another couple stopped here for dinner recently. Overall the service was mixed and the food was poor. Specifically, the sauces lack any flavor. If these are not canned and made in house then I would encourage the chef to throw these recipes out and start over. Consider using some fresh herbs, garlic etc. Unfortunately my wife and I will not be back. When we arrived we were promptly seated but the table was against the one wall with a bar overhang and there was limited room to the table next to us so essentially two people sat partially under this overhang. We immediately asked if we could sit at another table and pointed at an available one near us but were told no since that table was for a different server meaning our server was supposed to get the next customers. So we had to make do with a poor situation. Oh the other table was seated with a couple (not 4 people) less than five minutes later. At least we know who the priority is at this restaurant and it is clearly not the customer. Our server was friendly and was really the only bright spot in an otherwise disappointing dinner. Anyway. We ordered our food and were again underwhelmed. The fried chicken was very good but came with a leg, breast, wing and what appeared to be a back, no thigh, which was disappointing. The spaghetti which was ordered with it was a small portion with flavorless sauce overflowing a tiny plate-would. It recommend the spaghetti with red sauce. The baked mostaccioli was just ok. The lasagna is advertised as not your typical lasagna which is correct but no one at our table felt this interpretation was an improvement on the classic-would not recommend. The fourth dinner was the fettuccine Alfredo with sausage added. The Alfredo sauce lacked any flavor at all and was the least favorite-would not recommend.
