Papa Johns Pizza

Must be popular as we had about a 30 min wait. We ordered online and then drove to the location to pick up. There was a line. Inside is very small area to wait. We had about a 12 to 15 min drive to location and then wen had to wait additional 15 to 20 to get food. We ordered 3 large pizzas (works, pepperoni and cheese). Food was very typical for Papa John's so nothing unusual or off.

Managers are disrespectful the main manager that's in charge of the managers doesn't want to agree with what she's supposed to do for her customers let alone her co-workers she's mean she's disrespectful she doesn't care about the managers personal life she does not care for herself

Wings are soggy every time. 1st time we came back was amazing. Now absolutely horrible. The app said everything was done. So I walk in. And now 30 minutes later I am still waiting. But my wings and breadsticks are sitting there getting soggy. And terrible customer service. I literally can't believe this. And it's a freaking Tuesday man. At least make everything at the same time. And look at these breadsticks. Our if we got everything for free I wouldn't complain like this. But that's absolutely ridiculous.

Called a pickup order in. Ordered mushrooms and onions on the pizza. My cousin did not work in person so we had to fill it out online just to get the coupon price, which I assume is company policy but no geriatric person is going to fill out their name, last name, email, and phone number just to get the price. Idk. Anyway here is the pizza that I received with MUSHROOMS and ONIONS. Photo speaks for itself.

If you order delivery from them they will doordash it to you and swipe the tip. No warnings at all. If I wanted to doordash a pizza I would have doordash-ed a pizza. Don't order from here.

They messed up order called and said they was going to send out new food they sent out sauce for the wings that didn’t have sauce on them and the pizza sauce for the chesse sticks that was cold by time the sauce got here. I’ll never order from here again waste of money if you ask me

I order pickup orders from here pretty often and it always amazes me how fast they make the food! I order a pizza and it’s done in 10 minutes or less every single time! It’s always hot and fresh when I pick it up and delicious. This is my favorite Papa John’s location in Springfield by far, all the other locations take much longer. I’ll gladly keep coming back here, the workers here are good!

If I could give this location less than 1 star I would. After waiting 2 hours for our pizza, the driver showed up with the wrong order. He went back to the store and returned with another pizza, while we CONTINUED to wait. We still did not get our complete order. The pizza was cold and soggy. The owner of this location should be ashamed. We called to complain and we were hung up on. We will be contacting the corporate office. People need to stop putting up with this type of disrespect after spending their hard earned money.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, they decided to have DoorDash deliver it for them. The DoorDash delivery driver decide to not pick up our food, after waiting 15 minutes and nothing changed we called and spoke with the GM who told us there was nothing that could be done cause it was set for delivery and we couldn’t even pickup our own pizza, and assured us our food would be kept warm under the heat lamp. After a new delivery driver was assigned and a hour later we got delivered cold pizza. Thanks for that and you might want to change your work ethics and the bulb to your heat lamp

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY ! They do not have pizza delivery drivers they are all DoorDash delivery .

Ordered food 2 hours ago after talking to the cashier who informed me I could pick up my order after ordering delivery and waiting 2 hours upon arrival to the store the DoorDash driver tried taking my food claiming “ he has to get paid” for the food I payed for & tried fighting me over MY ORDER. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this location.

I know times are getting hard, so when you decide to get some food out for the prices that we pay nowadays it would be nice if it was what was promised. 8.99 for bread and 2.13 for garlic butter so around 12 bucks for this. It just makes you a little upset. When prices go up, quality goes down and all you hear about is corporate businesses making all time highs in profit. Just thought I would put this out there. This is their cheesy cheesy bread. Most of it doesn't even have cheese on it. I would recommend calling it.Sprinkle cheese bread

Completely gave me the wrong food. Ordered a pizza, was given cheese sticks. Gave no fork with boneless wings.
