Driver in store always has a angry look on his face and is very rude to doordash drivers. Everytime I have to deal with him he makes up rules that done exist and act a food and when you call him out he yells and becomes irate.

Over an hour after the listed expected time, our pizzas hadn't even been started. 2 hours to get an order. When we finally got them, they were poorly cooked. This is twice in a row that this location has ruined a family dinner night, and I will not be giving them the chance to ruin a third.

I got the best pizza tonight! I placed the order earlier that morning for a pickup later. I was skeptical at first due to distasteful experiences that Ive had in the past. When I got there my food was ready and the guy taking my order was wonderful. Friendly atmosphere. I recommend this place 100 times over!

Placed order at 6:21 pm. Order was supposed to be delivered at 7:36 pm. At 7:50 order was still being prepared. I’ll never order from Papa John’s again. Very disappointed!!

I pulled up to the drive through ready to pick up some pizza after a long couple of days of moving. Turns out, I placed an order for Papa John’s in NORTH CAROLINA. Missy didn’t know this (I didn’t know at the time either lol). But she called every Papa John’s in Springfield looking for my order. She was so friendly and so accommodating and it’s just so uncommon to get customer service like this today. I wanted to leave this review because people like Missy deserve recognition. I am the general manager of a very large retail store in Springfield. If she ever needs employment I would give her an opportunity no questions asked. Thank you Missy for making positive a very unfortunate situation. But more than that, being a good person in a world that has many people unaware of the level of discipline it takes to provide excellent customer service when things go wrong. You are a remarkable human being and I thank you for making this experience so special!

Picked up 3 pizzas tonight, 2 sausage and 1 pepperoni plus 2 orders of wings. Ate 1 slice and that was enough for me. Not sure if the wings were even chicken. $40.00 down the drain. Extremely dissatisfied. Definitely won't be back
