I recently had a highly disappointing experience with customer service at freedom drive Springfield team. I placed order online and call for clean cutter request . Store manager was very rude. He needs some behavior training and highly recommend to use other location at Springfield .i hope management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving your customer service

Although the pizza was great, the server (his name may have been stan? Not sure.) was extremely rude. First he made us wait 10 minutes for no reason and then he was so rude all throughout while taking the order. I’ve never come across a worse man. Won’t visit this branch again just because of this one extremely rude guy. (Incident is from Saturday 13/7 around 8 pm)

So a major storms comes through the area. We had been without power for 2 days, so we decided stay in a hotel room to get some relief, take a shower and charge our electronics. The hotel was 3 buildings or so down from Papa John's on Freedom Drive in Springfield. We ordered the pizza, from some guy who I could barely understand. Once the pizza delivery guy shows up he has the worst attitude I have ever seen. He wouldn't acknowledge me in any way. He basically shoves the pizza into my hands and walks away without saying a word. And to top it off the pizza was horrible. Definitely the last time I will ever order anything from this, or any other Papa John's.
