I went in to get some lunch. I’ve never been there before. I have food allergies so I was going over the menu. After about 2 minutes I was asked what I wanted. I wasn’t sure I was reading everything. Which seemed to upset the guy. About a minute later I was asked what” do you know what you want?” Like I’m taking up someone’s time. Id understand if it were busy but I was the ONLY person in there. I left. I refuse to eat at a place that makes you feel like you’re not welcomed or that you are upsetting someone.

Had dinner here this evening not too long after 5. My server was incredible. I wish I caught her name. She was very attentive, especially to my low blood sugar needs providing me an orange juice quickly. We got the Dill-Icioso pizza. It was some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. This was my first time here, and I can’t wait to try out the rest of the menu!

Our first visit to Papi's. Popeye (spinach) Salad was amazing!!!! Fresh ingredients and a great combination of flavors with their special Blackberry Maple dressing. Cubano sandwich and the pizza slice were also delicious. Both were made to order and served hot. Thin crust on pizza was not hard and brittle or dry--just right. Kregg, the bartender/server gave us excellent, friendly service. We'll go back!!

Outstanding!!!! My husband asked for pizza and said “whatever you do don’t bring home another pepperoni I want something different”. Found Papi’s on DoorDash, so many different pizzas it was hard to choose! Ordered the Tropical and a Taco and a cheese bread for me. The Papi’s sauce is AMAZING and the combo of the tropical was unbelievably delicious! Even their ale son a taco was the best taco pizza ever! Will def be ordering again and can’t wait to try others!!

Papi's has great pizza, but being vegan is expensive! Having vegan crust and vegan cheese is an extra $6 😬
They participated in the 2024 Vegan Chef Challenge and their options were sooo good! And now that MOD and Pies are closed, I believe this is one of two pizza places that have vegan cheese in Springfield! Just wish it wasn't so pricey.
