It's really good down home food and service. Their fish is among the best. I think it competes with Door County. Waitresses are friendly and helpful. Burgers, horse shoes, tenderloin and sides are good. Very clean.
We went in at 10:15am on a Sunday. Place was very busy. Friendly staff that told us to sit wherever there was an open table since it was just 2 of us. Waitress quickly came by to get drink orders and promptly came back with them and took order. Very quick to get food out. Total time from seating to leaving - 40 mins. Very good in my book!
I daily dine at Parkway. The food is delicious - service is excellent with the best group of waitress' in Springfield. The atmosphere is relaxing and I enjoy the Oldies playing in the background.
