Nasty food & dirty dishes everywhere, barley any food on salad bar or pizza side of bar. Rude employees, no refills on soda's. Hateful attitude towards us customers. Took a long time to check out. No excuse why any of this went on. It is really sad that such a location used to do so good in many ways has gone down so bad.

These people now days have no respect and so unprofessional. Customer service is poor. I spent almost 50 dollars and was treated rude. It's ok the food was amazing. But ordered 18 extra hot wings paid for extra hot and only recieved one sauce of each. I called the manager she didn't do amything thanks for letting me know. Wow. Terrible table service. This place seems to function for carry out and delivery, not eat in. We got the wrong food brought to us. We had to get up and ask for knives and forks and we sat for 15 minutes waiting for the bill. We just got up and went to the counter.

Called about 3 times a month for a year. Until the people answereing the phone can not speak plain english. "Ghetto" is not a language I'm familiar with. So until they get some people that speak normally and I can understand them I'll go somewhere else

We went for the lunch buffet. There was little to nothing out to choose from pizza wise. It appeared to us that there were only 2 employees present, and only 1 of them actually working. She was doing alright for seating people, ringing them out, getting drinks, and going back to the kitchen...but overall we had a poor experience unfortunately.

I ordered pizza online and the pizza was great.. But the female driver was rude but I still left her a tip.. Then on top of that I checked my account today and they put a hold on the amount twice even though it was already cleared and paid for already.. Now I have to wait 3 days in order for that to clear.. I ordered pizza on May 19th and it's the 22nd.. Pay attention to your accounts cause their double charging you..

never order from here! order is never right or ready on time. I went to go pickup my order tonight and it said ready but they said the pizza had not been put in yet. they didnt give me the correct number of breadsticks so they tried to give me old cold ones. terrible place.

We were in town for a conference and stayed at a hotel less than a mile away from this Pizza Hut. We placed our order online and the online time estimate said it would be 20-30 minutes. After waiting over an hour and 15 minutes I decided to call the store. The store said the estimated time online was wrong and that the real wait time for a delivery was 3 hours. When I asked why no one informed us that the pizza would take 6 times the estimated wait time the employee told me that it wasn't the stores responsibility to inform us of an extended wait time. (I called corporate after I got off the phone and customer service at corporate informed me that it was 100% the stores responsibility to inform the customer of that). We ordered a total of 4 pizzas and once the pizza was delivered they forgot one of our pizzas. I called the store back and they told me that I would have to pay a delivery fee for the pizza that I already paid for because it's total was under $10. I told them that we wouldn't pay it and told them to forget the pizza. They offered me a $5 credit for all of this. Eventually, the store employee ended up hanging up the phone on me. The pizza was mediocre and the customer service was terrible. I did call the corporate number and the lady I talked to at corporate was extremely helpful and friendly. If you're in the area, I suggest finding some place else for pizza.
Always helpful and friendly. Food is hot and good. Restauraunt is pretty clean.
