Employees are horrible. Constantly giving away Your food and/or not making it at all. Just the amount of things they do there is wild. Definitely doesn't seem to have 5 brain cells between the whole roster of employess.

Place was pure chaos for pick up. I went in about 8 min after my order was supposed to be ready. It wasn't yet, but ok. There were 3 other people waiting inside already, no order whatsoever to how they were waiting. The guy behind the counter seemed lost. Atleast 1 person waiting was a "doordasher" who stated they were there for 30 min and nobody could find the order....
Pizza was good, mby it was just an off night there but it was my first experience and I hope its not always so unorganized. Seems like it stays pretty busy

Whats going on at this store? Placed an oder over an hour and a half ago and when I call to check on it, either the store picks up or the call center says it's closed.

Also, when placing an order and all I hear in the background is music and loud noise, that's a red flag. 2nd red flag is that the ghettoness has to go and food needs to be delivered.

I ordered delivery the total was $76.85 and not only was it over an hour late but I heard the manger myself over the state that I had already paid so she didn't care if I got my food or not she does people like that all the time. If it would've been like a $20 order I wouldn't care but for a manger to be like who cares we got there money already, I used to love pizza hut and they took pride in their food now their just like every other food place in town

Never received order. Store stated my order was stolen by the Door Dash Diver. Never offered a replacement order just said they would issue a refund. So didnt get food and ate from a vending machine. Not a happy camper Update - called several times to check on refund. Never issued. Had to contact credit card company to get refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY

So order wings, bread sticks and a salad and waited 45 mins and when the delivery driver got here there was no sald. So pizza hut u might want to take the salad off your online menu. The food was ok but cold

They never send all your food and you can never get ahold of any one to get your food or your money back this has happened to many times we will no longer be doing business with them once is a mistake but happens all the time we r done getting ripped off

I'll give them the fact they have good wings but their staff is horrible. Twice now I've ordered for delivery and only get half of what I ordered. How do you forget the main part of the meal and only send French fries both times. So I'm paying for delivery and I still have to go up there every time to get the rest of my order.
