We came in they were extremely busy, they also ran out of the product we ordered. The manager Brad was very calm about the situation he was very accommodating to us and helpful. Brad is the definition of good customer service
Pizza Hut is an American tradition- serving up a delicious array of excellent foods. I’ve never had a bad pizza, breadsticks, or any other item on their menu. And, their delivery is quick and reliable; not to mention great customer service in this flagship restaurant!
Place was pure chaos for pick up. I went in about 8 min after my order was supposed to be ready. It wasn't yet, but ok. There were 3 other people waiting inside already, no order whatsoever to how they were waiting. The guy behind the counter seemed lost. Atleast 1 person waiting was a "doordasher" who stated they were there for 30 min and nobody could find the order....
Pizza was good, mby it was just an off night there but it was my first experience...
