If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The hospitality was non existent and you can tell the workers hate their jobs. There was one kind gentleman who made sure everyone was served and comfortable but this one lady was nothing but rude. If her goal was to be mean she accomplished it. We were just trying to get a sweet treat but she screamed in our faces to sit down. I can’t stand people and places like this. Do not give this place your business even if it means you will be going hungry for the night.

I was with a field trip group and this was our first time at Pizza Ranch. When we arrived, we were greeted by the manager, Christina, who gave us directions. When we got into the restaurant, she had very little patience with questions that were asked and she had very little patience with our kids. Then, she began to scream at our students who were just getting drinks. All of a sudden, she decided to not dismiss the kids by tables and had both of our groups get their food all at once. We were so proud of our students for handling themselves despite being thrown into that situation. I have never been to a restaurant where the manager was so rude to kids. Needless to say, we will not be back there next year.

Jordan edain Taylor and mailn were a big help . They were always keeping up with all the different stuff Mailn always walking around with a smile on his face and Jordan keeping up with all the work and Taylor doing really well under pressure . Shayla was also a good help we always have a good time when we come here the fun zone is really fun and great service.
The food OK, but the service 0, the dessert table today, December 20, 5:40 pm empty for more than 35 minutes… still waiting and no one gives an answer as to what time the desserts will come out! Waste of time!

I haven't been here yet. But I called a few weeks ago asking about pricing and got hung up on, by accident I think because the gal said she would check for me. I called right back and it rang all the way to voicemail. I left a message, a little frustrated and hangry 😂, but cordial. It's been a week or two and nobody ever got back to me. This doesn't make me as excited to visit having just moved to town. I've interviewed for a position with them and they seem to really push for outstanding customer service. This potential-customer experience doesn't aline with what I was understanding what is expected of their employes.
Shy was our server and she was super sweet, polite, and efficient. She offered to make me a gluten free pizza and it was very good. Our party was very large and she took great care of us.

Well used to really like the place. Went lastnight salad bar was empty wilted lettuce everything was empty. The chicken was overcooked. And you ask the help there and they were rude. They where talking amongst there selves. Place has went downhill terribly bad.

The only complaint was pasta on the bar was old and dried out.But servers was great.
Kid-friendliness: Have many choices for picky eaters.Even ice ream to make root beer floats.
Wheelchair accessibility: So in clines or stairs, there is plenty of room to move around at the food bar and at tables.
