This place is horrible. The workers are rude and they are unsanitary here too. I went in and there was no one in store so I had to leave with nothing. The second time Ifound bugs in my chicken and no soy was wearing gloves. I called to order and the guy hung up the phone on my face and said I had to come to the drive thru to know the price of my order. I don't recommend this place to anyone which is unfortunate because I enjoy Popeyes when run by decent people

I got a chicken sandwich and it was really good, but it gave me food poisoning. My mom warned me not to get Popeyes because I would get food poisoning, but I didn't think I actually would. Well I did. It sucks that I did because the food was really good and Popeyes would have been my new go-to for chicken if it didn't give me food poisoning.

Ordered 5pc mild tenders with mashed potatoes. I was told to pull over and wait 5 minutes on the tenders. 15 minutes later employee comes out and confirmed my ordered and handed me a bag. I recieved a 3 piece spicy chicken wing, thigh, leg and cold fried. This was absolutely terrible.

We had to go through drive thru to get our food. The door to go into the place was locked. The line was awfully slow.

The manager in the drive-through really needs more training on customer service. A manager should set the example by showing kindness, patience, and understanding—not rushing customers through. Instead of helping me, I was rushed, which caused me to pay double for my order. This was very frustrating and disappointing.

I didnt go inside but I gave them five stars and even tipped because I am in the service industry as well and it is so nice to see someone who did an amazing job. The woman was extremely kind and accommodating. I usually hate taking my time in the drive thru but she answered all my questions and gave me the best deal. It is so extremely RARE to meet anyone like her these days. She was honestly the definition of what customer service should be but is no longer. Every single place you go to anymore it seems like the employees are rude and hate their jobs and you. I get it. But I also dont. Most often it seems people who work the drive thru barely even speak. Often times I will say thank you and cant even get a response. Just silence and a nasty look. Im not sure if its the newer generation but man this lady deserved a raise. When I say this woman has probably done the best job I have ever seen from any fast food employee in YEARS. Thank you and I wish I would have gotten her name so I could shout her out. This company is so lucky to have here. She is truly a needle in a haystack. I didnt even care that they forgot the one item I came there for because her kindness was more than enough.

Worst service I've ever gotten anywhere, & this place is always so slow. Waited 45 minutes on 3 pieces of Spicy chicken. Guy next to me waited 50 minutes on thighs & shrimp. Another customer asked for a refund after 45 min, was told he couldn't get 1, so he cussed them out & immediately got his food (meaning it was ready the whole time).

Ordered 8 pc classic, mashed and gravy side, and mac and cheese side. Got 3 pc no sides. This place cannot get an order right, ever. I’ve given them waaaay too many chances. I’ll be going to Cains or Dave’s hot chicken, at least I get what I pay for there
