Workers had gas siphoned while having us wait forever for food. They work as a team to steal customers fuel from their cars. Do not go to this place unless you want your car's gas stolen.

Popeyes on Wabash in Springfield Illinois. Is horrible. Every time we go there to order food in the drive thru. It's the slowest restaurant I've ever seen no one should have to sit in a drive thru for 40 minutes and atleast half that time is ordering food at the speaker. It's always 1 car at a time to take an order. Ridiculous. It's always wait just a minute before they take your order. Maybe if the employees wouldn't take breaks at a busy time and put there customers first. Then you wait that long and your food is aweful. Old cold or Luke warm fries the chicken taste like old grease. It's very sad I will never eat there again or visit there drive thru. Get it together please. I have worked in the restaurant business for 20 years. My customers always came first and had great food because I'm a people person and I was a hard worker and actually cared about my people and the way my restaurant was ran.

literally awful. the inside was closed but the employees kids were sitting at a table anyways. the drive through wasnt moving and everyone started leaving.

This place has really went down hill through the years, now their speaker is down and you have to order at the window, literally will take one hour to recieve your food! There is plenty of other choices out there

Don't even waste your time stopping by here. Seriously, don't. The management and staff don't care AT ALL about customer service, if your order is right, cleanliness of the restaurant and the list goes on...very unorganized operation here. Just do Springfield a favor and close both locations down.
since Rally's closed a couple years ago this is the closest i can get to their fries and thats all i want usually, but i can barely ever get it. waited 15 minutes in the drive through line, one/two cars in front of me, just to get told they didnt have fries. Only once have i come popeyes and been able to actually get something

Takes 20-30 minutes to get your food, drive thru or dine in or even DOORDASH. the people this place hires dont even wanna work there much less make sure they do their actual job. Ive seen three melanated employees treat this placw as a place to smoke weed with their friends on breaks. NEVER GO TO ANY POPEYES HERE IF YOU HAVE EVEN ONE BRAINCELL!!!!!!
