We did a carry out order. The order took so long to get. They kept starting the order then someone else would come in and they would push ours to the side and do the walk in even though we were there waiting. Finally after about 15 minutes of waiting someone finished the food and gave us free cookies because of the long wait. When we got home, we were missing a meal. Yes we should have double checked but we were frustrated it took so long. Since they kept starting and stopping by the time our food got done and we got home everything was cold. Plus missing the meal.
I tried contacting qdoba and they just wanted us to sign up for their rewards to get a free meal out of it. That’s ridiculous. I didn’t get an actual meal I need refunded. So I went on their Facebook page to try and talk to someone not just local and they said they can’t help us we need to contact our local store for a refund. Clearly no one wants to actually give a refund.
Moral of the story- double check your food before leaving because you won’t get a refund if they make a mistake and don’t give you your meal.
Kid-friendliness: They quesadilla was good for my child.

My best friend and I come here for lunch frequently. We dined in. Not sure how by 12:00pm you are out of vegetables and sour cream. Not professional when the man who is cutting lettuce (up front) is blasting foul music. Qdoba has went down the drain since Casey left. You need him back. I will also state that the team that works at night is usually unprofessional and the place looks like a tornado went through the restaurant.

Cant tell you about the food, since we were greeted so horribly by a lady who clearly didn't want to be there. While a gentleman was already breaking down the bane to close the establishment 2.5 hours early. I did try to reach local management, with no response. Reached out online to receive the most generic response possible after 8 days. My opinion?!?!? JUST DONT!!! There are so many other places to eat literally within a 1/2 block radius with genuine customer service skills. Give them a try.

Stopped in for a quick bite. There was a very rude customer being extremely disrespectful to the staff. Manager Miracle did an amazing job handling that difficult customer. We got a few of the burrito bowls and the flavor was amazing. This location is one of the best we've eaten at. Whoever is running this location has done a great job and their staff is just as awesome. We will be making this a new weekly place to eat. Thanks for the amazing service!!

Unfortunately today at 1pm I couldn't even walk in to place my order without listening to a manager proudly and loudly discussing with himself and the yellow shirts how much money he made off the election and spouting fictitious information about how the government works. He was so focused on that and not asking me what I wanted on my order. My husband was also so irritated he didn't get everything he wanted due to the distraction. It truly turned us off and we ate our food in the car because we didn't want to listen to him further. I don't think we will be returning. The cashier was great though and complemented me on my outfit. Way to not meet the needs of your customers Qdoba. Please do better.
