i come here so often and it was just about time i gave some credit to this establishment. i always get the bowls!!! i have never had a bad experience. everyone is kind, and fair in their portions. i love the ingredients here (so much better than chipotle). there’s seriously not a bad choice to be made from the menu. the employees are always friendly, and oftentimes funny too. very chill, but still professional environment. this evening the woman working (wish i got her name, sorry!! 12/2/25 5:30 PM) was so nice & good at her job!! she was literally asking what order i wanted ingredients in so my bowl would be neat and not stick to the lid. she told me to list all of what i wanted in my bowl at once, because she could remember. and she did!! and i watched her do it with the customers before me as well. idk, i just love qdoba!! love you guys!! keep doing what you do, your customers appreciate you :) management, please show your employees a little extra appreciation for me!! food service is not always as easy as it seems but these people make it look like it :)

service is always amazing, but sunday 11/30 they had no heat which i dont understand why they would have workers come in on a 22⁰ day with no heat, and think 2 electric space heaters would adequately heat the entire location, 2 higher ups, i assume, huddled around one completing busy work while the employees on the line didnt have anything but the hot table as a source of warmth, my food getting cold as it was being made. just another business putting profit before employee welfare and food safety i guess

Why does this location suck so badly now? The person who is clearly the manager is wandering around and yelling at the workers, but not lifting a finger to help with anything. The food tastes BAD. No seasoning in anything, ingredients cut up badly, chicken gristly… the tables are left in a disgusting condition even though it isn’t that busy and there would be time to clean. The last straw? My daughter found more than one long black hair in her bowl and was too grossed out to keep eating. Now Qdoba is wasting our money, and that’s where I draw the line. Never again.

Service qt this location has gone down severely in the last week. The staff used to be so happy, yet now they always have scowl on their faces. Food quality is not there. Meet overcooked, lettuce and Pico tastes like it was made days before. Chips are stale and under seasoned. Meat is dry, chewy, and overcooked. We had a friend who wanted to order for 800 ppl this Saturday and nobody followed up with her leading up to the event to accept payment. Ruined her wedding. We will not be returning to this location until it has a change in management and will not recommend it to friends and family anymore.

The staff here was fantastic. We walked in a little closer to close. Most of the time the staff usually get annoyed when you walk in closer to close, but the girls here where fantastic and made us feel welcomed. Food also was fresh
Everytime I get chips & queso, the chips are 9 times out of 10 soft/chewy and gross. I don't know why I keep ordering them in hopes they will be different.

I love the food here but randomly they lock their doors. No sign on the door or anything. This has happened to me a few times. Are they out of food?! Are they taking a break?! Put a sign on the door. However, the manager is not only incompetent but extremely racist while I was there with my family he's joking about how Hispanics don't understand and how unfortunately all kitchens are like that now. I am Hispanic and look like it, so for him to make a joke like that while looking at me is unacceptable
