I'm very happy with the restaurant experience! I tried Rancho Chico for the first time Friday afternoon. Rancho Chico has excellent customer service, and the food is amazing! The reason I only rated 3 stars is because of the Door Dash delivery. I want to question if food is pre-made for delivery orders. I am a State Contracted Security Officer, and I can't leave my post. The Door Dash driver picked up my food and delivered it in approximately 5 minutes, so I can say he was not at fault. When I opened my food it was beautiful... Yet cold. I don't have access to an oven to reheat my food when I am on duty. Please ensure the orders are fresh, I absolutely love your food!!!! I was a bit disappointed. Update* I thought I would give one more try, so I Door dash and order of Shrimp Bowl add deluxe for a couple of extra dollars and my food arrived quickly as I am on Duty. It was cold. These orders are definitely premade. I am completely dissatisfied with the service. I will not order delivery from this restaurant ever again.
