I used to go here every week for dinner but the food quality started to change, and then they lost all their best wait staff, I was a rewards member and had multiple issues with that too. Our family has decided to take a break from what used to be our favorite restaurant, sad to see the iconic brand go down. Long waits for food and high prices sealed the deal. Choose another location maybe it’s better or maybe the Red Lobster brand is finished ?

It wasn’t even busy and we wait an hour an half for our food and we could even get refill on our drinks and people were waiting by the door for 45 mins when it wasn’t even busy at all but the food was good but trouble customer service in that place

I came in for lunch today and Kelcie was my server She was very prompt, was some of the best service I have had at this location. I wanted to give recognition so I asked to speak with a manager. Abra came to my table was polite, knowledgeable and seemed appreciative of her staff. What a difference at this location! Keep it up ladies!
