This is my first time doing a review…. I just have to give recognition to both the server I had and the manger working at red lobster tonight. Let me start by saying, kudos to anyone who stayed in the building.

I waited almost one hour to get a table. Got my drinks and bread instantly and my server was quick to get our order in and kept saying sorry for the wait. My steak that was supposed to be medium came out almost well done and my lobster tail wasn’t not cooked all the way. A little ass backwards but my server made sure to take both items and told me a new plate would be out shortly. After about 15 minutes I get a new dinner. My steak is still over done and I am over it. My server apologized over and over, and said the manger would be out behind her. The manger apologized and recognized the kitchen was struggling and tried to make it right. I WILL return to red lobster even though I said I was sure if I would & I hope Kelsey and D take care of me because I see the type of workers they are and they need to be recognized for that. I hope red lobster can get it together. I don’t come often but I expect great food along with great service.

2 of the 3 steaks ordered smelled rotten. When we said something, the waitress asked to "smell for herself", before we could grab a fork and lift her a peice she put her face practically into the whole platter and took a whiff, contaminating the whole thing. The one meal was comped and the other steak remade, but the whole thing was very unprofessional. In addition to the steak, my lobster tail was ice cold when I received it and the calamari was overcooked.

Honestly the food was mediocre, my server however was excellent. Portions were tiny, price was not.
