Visited on 10/02/2024. Food and atmosphere were excellent. However, service from the bartender was horrible. We had to ask several times to be served, and she did not seem to be in a rush at all to take care of us. The bartender didn’t seem to care about others, and only became considerate near the end when she wanted a tip.

Food is average. The atmosphere is great. It is so old school. Atmosphere is outstanding. $50 lunch for 2 with no alcohol.

Atmosphere is old supper clubish...very cool. But....so disappointed in food. Lasagne is literally noodles and cheese with an ok red sauce. Garlic crusted pork chop was good...not $31 good, but good. Drinks were great...but we were charged for 5 and had 4. Also charged for Titos vodka without being asked our preference. Staff was attentive and friendly. Old supper club charm is nice but don't need to repeat. Mario's Italian blows this place out of the water!
Saputo's has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere that makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The food was excellent—I started with the olive salad, which was fresh and tasty, followed by the chicken parmigiana. The chicken was tender, and the marinara sauce really stood out with its rich, flavorful taste. However, the service was slower than I'd hoped, which took away from the experience a bit. If you're not in a hurry, the great food and cozy ambiance make it worth the wait.

The service is excellent. The employees are attentive. But the taste is terrible. I like Italian restaurants. But it is the worst Italian restaurant I have tried. Pasta sauces are bad. Meat is not fresh. We didn't like anything and didn't take it home.

Nice little place, really enjoyed the old school vibes of the place. Pizza was good but very disappointed that the sauce they used was meat sauce. I’ve never seen that on any pizza ever and it certainly ruined the taste

Plate of food was not worth $20, nor the wait between ordering, food, and check.

Went 3 times within 5 days. Had shrimp fettuccine the first time. It was absolutely amazing. The second time, I got the fettuccine alfredo with broccoli. Was ok, not a lot of flavor. The last time I went, I got the filet. Wow! Was cooked perfectly medium-rare. Melt in your mouth. Had great flavor. Would definitely recommend eating here. Ask for the au jus for dipping your bread if you love garlic!

Just left from lunch in-between meetings at a conference next door at the Wyndham. The cheese bread saputo style was nothing more than a piece of bread cut in half and then into 8pieces toasted. Similar to what you'd make at home alone in the summer when you were 10 in the toaster oven, just a slice of bread slight sauce and too much cheese. The minestrone came out at best lukewarm. The lunch spaghetti was fine, not too flavorful, still not exactly hot. I could taste the same cheese from the bread possibly used in the meatballs, started to get over powering with the strong mozz and parm flavors. Everything did come out timely and in order, the waitress was sub par. Only because after drinking my water, every sip after that only came when enough ice had melted until she filled it when I asked for the check. She not once asked how anything was because I was dying to tell her, even with only two pieces of the cheese bread eaten and half a cup of soup left and only ate half of the spaghetti. Not once did she ask or bat an eye to ask about any of the experience. I paid and left. Unfortunate, because I love Italian food. Not worth the price, maybe dinner is better but I'd hate to spend even more per plate for the same quality I got.
