Went into Springfield, to take my son out to eat. He wanted to go to Sergeant peppers for breakfast. Breakfast was awesome. Customer service was very friendly.

Our waitress was great! But what the heck with the kitchen? We waited over an hour for breakfast food. It never came and we ended up leaving. Take out and delivery orders were going out but NOTHING was coming out to the dining room. Get it together!!

Me and my wife stopped by for a quick lunch. We were short on time and just decided to grab something from the closest place near us. The menu is not too varied, so our choices were limited. We chose a fajita wrap and a fajita skillet. Since I was a bit hungry, I asked the server to make my wrap chicken AND steak, instead of the one meat selection listed.Long story short, a meal that should have been $20-$25 turned out to be $50... But For what?????The meat was tuff..The portion was small....and it wasn't all that flavorful.I was thoroughly disappointed. Disappointed that I chose this place over the Burger King a few feet away.I thought if I brought the matter up to the manager, he'd make a small concession, or given the circumstance, adjust the bill accordingly.Instead, He approached us rather aggressively, as if he was already agitated.Let's just say I'll never spend another penny there and, I'll make sure everyone I know avoid that place. The manager was also the owner, so I doubt he cared much about losing potential business.

The owner is very rude and disrespectful all because I ordered a French toast breakfast deluxe and it only came with 2 eggs and 6 pieces of dry French toast . On door dash it stated it comes with 2x bacon 2 sausage and hash browns and 2 scrambled eggs for $18.99 was totally disappointed in the food and owner will never order from here again.

This is a neat little restaurant. It's Beatles themed (obviously). It's very cozy and warm. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I'm not sure how they make their eggs, but they were some of the fluffiest and best tasting eggs I've eaten. I would definitely recommend them for breakfast. I'll have to try their lunch menu soon too. Very good place to eat!

Ordered a tenderloin pony shoe with sliced onions on the side. First of all when do you charge customers for condiments? If I ordered a hamburger I should be able to get onions without being charged a ridiculous amount. It came with hardly no cheese on the pony shoe. I couldn’t even see the cheese it was clear so I said I need cheese on my pony shoe. Ok fine. So when I get the bill I go pay and it’s more than my ticket says. She’s like oh we charged for the extra cheese. Pardon me. I freaking ordered a pony shoe without cheese and it’s my fault I had to Tell the cook I need the cheese for the pony shoe? Nope. I won’t be back. Not to mention getting charged for onions and a service fee. That’s the cost of doing business if you can’t afford your credit card payment option quit accepting cards. Go to cash only. I won’t be back. The food used to be good.but with owners and cooks with an attitude not going back. Learn how to prepare a ponyshoe folks it’s Springfield. We want cheese we can actual see on it. Don’t go you will be disappointed I could have ate at a steakhouse for that price. At least the food would be good.

Food was not good. ordered A pony shoe. It came with little cheese I said can I have more cheese I. It there isn't any. So I had to add cheese to the ponyshoe then they charged me after they gave me one ticket the price they rang up reflected another price. I didn't agree to be charged 4.00 for cheese and 1.50 or so for sliced onions. Then they charge a Credit card fee. not going back I have been a long time customer and to get treated like this. Nope. The waitress was Nice. I feel sorry for her since it's not her fault. She should have told me about the charges though or I wouldnt have ordered the cheese and onions.
