One table gave her a bad time and she was obviously upset by them but she pulled through and still provided great service. My late night appetizer was everything I wanted while drinking. Will be back again soon!

Ceiling looks pretty. Service was ok, little slow considering an empty house on a Weds. Food was poor. There were literally 4 entree options (ribeye sandwich, burger, philly cheese steak, and chicken sandwich). Food took half an hour (again, a slow Weds). Philly was served without onions or peppers. Somehow my ribeye was crunchy, I'm not even sure how you do that. Fries were good. Cheese curds were good. The self serve beer wall was an interesting concept. If you're going for drinks maybe. If you want dinner, look elsewhere.

Wow, great looking space! The twinkling star sky was super pretty, but that's where the dream ended for sky lounge. The service lead much ti be desired. Hostess or bartender, who knows she may have been the cook too, was too concerned for her friends at the bar. After being told part of my Philly cheese steak sandwich wasn't available, she brought me a menu to find something else. After quite a while and my friends appetizer arriving already, I had to walk the menu to the bar and ask for my order of the ribeye sandwich. I asked if they could include the peppers and onions from the philly to the ribeye. She had yo go ask, and upon her return they suddenly have the philly cheese steak. When it finally comes, there are no peppers and onions on it. I ask if they could add them and it comes back with no 4 pieces of diced pepper and maybe one piece of onion. The only good food came from the fryer.
Most of the taps on the wall were empty. I'm left wondering if this place is going to going under soon because it seems like they are just trying to push thr last of their inventory before closing.
Do yourself the favor, and skip this place. I know I'll be telling everyone yo do the same, and to save their money.
I hope the owners care enough to try and contact me to make this right if they actually want to improve their business. Who knows maybe their normal clientele dont have standards.
The philly cheese steak was overdone and another in my party ordered the ribeye sandwich was.....somehow crunchy? How does that even work?!? There are other things I have yet to comment on, but I'll just leave it as is for now.
P.S. For what reason would i have to make any of this up. I'm just trying to give the honest truth and save anyone else from wasting their night here.

The vibe overall is cool and relaxed. The service was nice, not bad but still really nice. The food is what makes me score three stars. As a foodie and being from Chicago, my expectations for food are very high. This place missed the mark. I had shrimp and fries, which I thought were simple enough choices to be decent, not the case. However, I would still say to give this place a chance because the vibes are still pretty cool. They can change the menu choices or get a more skilled cook but don't lose the cool energy of this place. Im willing to come back and enjoy myself. I probably just won't eat lol.

First time ordering from Sky Lounge and was unfortunately very disappointed. We ordered online at 5:30pm. It was a Saturday night, so we expected that it would take a while and that was no concern. The order said it would be ready at 6:30. Then 6:50. Then 7. We went to pick it up at 7, and the server told us that she had just rang it in and it would be 15 more minutes. We finally got the food at 7:40, over two hours after we placed it and a whole hour over the estimated time. The white tiger roll was pretty good, all other rolls we got were fine. As someone who has spent many years in the restaurant industry, it would be nice to see this place be adequately staffed for a busy night as to avoid this, or even just turn off online ordering if your establishment isn’t set up to handle it during busier nights. After spending a good chunk of money with no attempt from Sky Lounge to discount us for our wait or anything, we will likely not be ordering from here again.
