First off why do you have a drive thru if the man attending the window is going to be rude asf? He is extremely rude!! LOL almost make me believe he don’t like my kind ok! Because he was really nice to the other lady inside but anyways I pulled up and said hello mind you this have happened several times now so I have learned to stop asking about the flavors because he is clearly never in the mood to tell me what’s on the menu ok!!! I mean at least print it out and post it on paper since it’s going to kill him to say it geez🚩
I said is that cookies & cream he said it is everyday super sarcastically 🥴 I said very quick ok just give me that and a white wedding cake please…..
Mind you a business with good customer service skills is going to keep utilizing they little point system but every time I come there I have to ask him can he put my number in so I can keep acquiring my point right😒

Then I go look on Facebook on they page and see they promotion and I just brought 2 cupcakes so Sir you just so happened to forget to mention the promotion to me 🤔 🫣🤷🏾‍♀️

So like I asked when running a business back in the day we started with a basic greeting followed up with a promo or upsell and ending with a thank ya or good bye ✌️ 😘 treat all your customers the same please and thank you‼️

We ordered 3 Cookie Monster cupcakes for my son’s birthday & they were delicious! Loved the option to only have to order 3, super delicious, and they were very cute 💙

We had a very large order of a variety of cookies and cupcakes for a local military celebration. Everything was amazing and customer service was top-notch. Those cookies - wow!! Beautiful presentation. Made the day extra special. Thank you!!

I purchased 4 specially cupcakes, which i regret.

The icing is too sweet. The cupcake is moist and a decent size. The staff were friendly.

Overall, I believe pastry’s should have a flavor when they reach this price point.

I was in town for an hour and had a taste for something sweet and delightful. I googled “bakeries near me” and “smallcakes a cupcakery“ showed up as a result. I looked at the pictures and menu and my desire began to grow.

I saw flavors labeled “cookies n cream” and “vanilla and chocolate “ and decided to drive right on over to the local shop. It is very clean and organized and the staff was very friendly and I felt welcomed.

The only issue is that the product is lacking the quality that would warrant bragging about being on “Good Morning America “ for. As for the actual cupcakes, the name of this bakery is very fitting. You receive very “small cakes” topped with audaciously thick layers of the most artificial tasting icing I’ve ever tasted coming from a “bakery.”

I strongly believe that this business has potential but that icing is not “it.” Refine this product. The cookies n cream did not taste anything like cookies n cream. The flavors could’ve been elevated more … just my opinion.

This locally owned small business deserves a chance to show you what they can do. It is a cute, friendly, clean place. Great products! I love to take my grandkids there for a special treat, it has everything they like. Support local

The service was good. We were not very impressed with the icing on the cupcakes. It was very sweet for our tastes and did not live up to its price. The ice cream was somewhat melted and softened. The atmosphere is lacking and they only had 3 tables for seating. They also had some boxes of supplies against the wall next to the tables that should probably be in the back. It wasn’t for our tastes but might be for yours.

Great cakes

Always love going here! The cupcakes are not only very pretty but tasty! Just picked up some for a few friends who have birthdays. So hard to decide what kind but it doesn’t matter, they are all delicious! Friendly staff!!

Ordered a few dozen for my wedding. They were supposed to have the wedding cake topping (white pearls/sprinkles). Given them the wedding day and they all had hot pink sprinkles. I didn't have any pink in my wedding theme.

Great flavors, knowledged staff, and they use butter and oil (no lard) very good!!!

I'm afraid I have to change my review when I got my cupcakes home usually inside the cupcake was something very yummy like lemon or a white cream or the Boston cream but the last four I bought had nothing inside so I was very disappointed what's going on over there small cakes

The cupcakes are huge and delicious. So many flavors to choose from!!

I stop here often and their cupcakes and pup cakes are delicious! Have tried numerous flavors and they are all good, but the pink chocolate is my favorite.My dog recognizes the containers for their pup cakes and will even do his sit command when he sees it. Love their drive through window!They are also super consistent and they take pride in their work.
