Something has changed at this location. As if today, there seems to be an entire new staff. My usual 5 mins top wait has changed to 20 mins. For a smoothie. I can't chalk it up to being busy either. Also, the interaction with the customer is nil. There may as well be a self service kiosk and a robot that makes the smoothie. I won't be frequenting this location for some time.

Smoothie King uses real fruits and organic vegetables in their smoothies. They also offer a Clean Blends initiative to create more nutritious smoothies and smoothie bowls. Also with high protein options which can replace your meal.

Smoothie King never fails to make our smoothies come out perfect, my kids love going there, if u want a sweet treat or meal replacement the menu has everything covered from Smoothies and refreshers to their, Acai bowls, Pitaya bowls, and coconut sherbet bowls, all made fresh on the spot with real fruit, and it's all gluten free... And they have an amazing section for plant based smoothies as well.
Vegetarian options: U can take out or put in just about anything you want or don't want in your smoothie, they can even make the non-vegan one in a vegan with most of the smoothies.
Dietary restrictions: If u let the employees know about allergies, or the you are looking for a certain thing, they will help u the best they can for as long as needed.
Parking: Plenty of spaces
Kid-friendliness: They have kids sizes smoothies, and if there is not one that you want they will find a way to make it happen for you, mainly by changing some ingredients, but still amazing
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, open floor in lobby with plenty of room to get in and out with no issues

They have several already-vegan smoothies and bowls and you can always ask to modify anything. They're yummy, but quite expensive and you'd be better off making a smoothie at home - will definitely do for a healthier option on the go, though!

I walked in to the store tonight, about five minutes before they closed, and ordered 4 smoothies. There were three workers, and no one complained at all. They were super kind, helpful, and friendly. And the smoothies were great. Thank you.

Received an extremely watery “açaí bowl”. When I asked them to remake it they somehow managed to make it worse. Their excuse was that the mango made it runny. No logic. Taste was awful too. Maybe don’t employ kids who don’t know what they’re doing.After my experience I filled out the online survey and requested to be contacted about my experience but never heard anything.
The staff is 10/10 great management as well
