It would be great if they were consistent with there hours. Very unfortunate to drive across time, expecting and anxious for a yummy and cone, just to see that they are closed. Really bad when the kidos are looking forward to their after school treat, and yoy pull up to a closed atand. At least i know there is one or 2 stands in tiwn that are consistent.

Great shaved ice. But never open when I get there during business hours. Open sign was on and other customers there but the employee was gone. Other customers advised a 15 minute bathroom break. To a gas station right across the street. Third time this has happened

Going to Sno Biz was so fun. It was a sweet but refreshing treat on a hot day, and our puppy got her own little cup of snow ice she devoured. 😂 they have sooo many combinations to choose from, but I was still able to pick whatever I wanted to include in my snow cone, even though it wasn’t an official flavor. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I will never go back here again. From the snow cones being dry and not made with extra syrup as ordered and paid for to the employees laughing calling us out of our names using profane language this was the worst experience I've had in this town. They thought we couldn't hear them through the window. I would give 0 stars if i could.

The girls in the shop are very rude and nasty and lack proper customer service skills the one with the brown hair especially.. closed the window in my face and told me to take my business elsewhere because she had an attitude. I called and she claimed to be the manager and said if someone has an attitude to refuse service. But it was her who answered. She hung up in my face again and then blocked my number. I'm telling everyone I know to not buy here. A disgusting experience. I was patient, polite and she snapped at me because I thought she was repeating my order but she yelled and said I was talking about an order in front of yours. Exact same order, one different ingredient. Assumed it was my order. Like completely and utterly rude and distasteful, you should teat everyone the same you never know who someone may be.
