Having eaten (or attempted to) at 5 different Sonic locations, I have determined that all the problems here stem from a complete failure of the software that controls the ordering screens at each stall.
The food is fantastic (when you can order), but the ability to order at stalls is spotty at best. The employees either aren't notified that you preased the order button (has happened 3 times), or they have no idea which stall you are at (has happened twice, including today).
Sonic Corporate really needs to step up and support their locations with a major software overhaul that fixes these issues.

So many fast food places in the Springfield area blow me away with their disrespectful, crappy practices, (mcD on Chatham rd for example) this Sonic is one of the few places in the Springfield area where the crew has some sense, they are kind, they have good customer service and they do their job well, thank you guys

Good and service are good. Diet limeade is awesome!
Sat for half an hour waiting for milkshakes that got made and then I guess they forgot about us because we had to ask if they were still coming and when they did bring the milkshakes to us it was all melted.

Takes way too long to get food, having to wait over 25 mins to get my food once I have paid is ridiculous. My burger was cold and appeared old, so to wait that long and get food that was not fresh means I won’t be back.
If you like sonic, its the place to go.
