Got home, no onions for food allergy was ordered 1was loaded with onions. Fries where hard enough to hammer through wood. Redeeming factor: i called to tell them the order was wrong, got immediate refund and promised a new meal on next come back. They stood behind the customer even though they messed up the order. At least they didn't him-haw trying to get out of it. *respect*

Let's see here, my dad went here earlier and the screwed up his burger. And his sweet tea was so full of sugar, you could chew on it. Then be took me there after work for a pretzel, waited OVER 15 minutes with the button on, and no one helped, ghe servers there looked like they couldn't be bothered. So we went to the drive through, and got nothing but attitude, I got my pretzel but it was overcooked, and the forgot tbe iconic cheese sauce. Like what? Who forgets the cheese sauce?!

I was so psyched to try their new smash cheese burger.
Took forever and a day to place the order yet there were just three cars at the drive-in.
Place our lunch order and minutes later no lunch
Push the red button and the person on there other end wants to take my order.
It took them another ten minutes to bring out warm food.
Not the simplest of apologies for the delay.
For the time it took them I could have just went home for leftovers.

I will start off by saying that it is late, so I understand things slow down. However, I ordered and waited over 20 minutes as people kept getting helped in the drive thru, but not the ones parked. I even asked them a 2nd time if they got my order because I already paid. Still, more waiting. After all the cars left, I was still left waiting. I parked in front of the drive thru window and there were plenty of people working and 1 girl taking a selfie..... extremely unprofessional and im pissed. I got a refund bc I was fed up at that point. I even had to yell at them to get their damn attention. Absolutely ridiculous.
