Sonic has been around and I usually stop in for the cheesesticks. This time I decided to try one of their new smashburgers and I was pleasantly surprised. Good crispy burger, seasoned just right, and hot and melty. Definitely gonna start ordering the new burgers more. Even my daughter loved them.
Had been to Sonic a couple weeks ago, got my order, went to work, sandwich wasn't exactly as ordered, called to let them know, manager offered a solution, went back today, solution was resolved. Kudos to great manager and great food!!!!
Food is good. Service, not so much.Ordered a peanut butter hot fudge shake. Lady repeated my order back correctly. We get to the window she repeats it back incorrectly, peanut butter shake. We tell her no, peanut butter hot fudge, she says that will be more. That's fine, we pay. No receipt given... no thank you, no have a nice night. We get home and it was just a peanut butter shake. It was vanilla ice cream colored and no hot fudge in it and no chocolate taste at all.
