Visited this location out of convenience yesterday and today and the low competence of the staff was honestly astonishing. I’ve never visited a Starbucks that was this dissatisfying.

I come to the Starbucks at Wyndham almost every day, but I’m starting to feel cheated. Every time I order an espresso drink, there’s way too much foam and ice, leaving me with about 20% less coffee than what I’m paying for. The ice is supposed to go to the third black line, but it’s always way above that. It feels like the staff either doesn’t know how to make the drinks properly or they’re cutting corners.
As a paying customer, I don’t think this is fair. I hope management looks into this because it’s disappointing to feel shortchanged, especially when I’m a regular here.

Today there was a cheer event nearby that brought over 500 participants to this location. For as busy as the place was I got my drink that I ordered and still got good service. I don’t know how those workers work in such a fast paced environment and manage to stay calm and collective. What a great job!

POOR service! We are here for a competition, so of course it’s busy. I completely understand it’s going to take awhile. Ordered online. Food came out quick. Drinks they were out of. They didn’t bother to tell me. Finally asked. They were rude about it and said they were out. Proceeded to make everyone else’s drinks after myself and about 5 others didn’t have a drink due to them being out of it. Had to say something again. She completely ignored me. Had to get stern with her. Then she finally made my replacement drink…and made it wrong. I’m sure that was intentional. Do not recommend this location! Can’t get your order right and extremely RUDE!
I was staying at a nearby hotel and this Starbucks supplied a delicious caffeine fix in the middle of a blizzard!

Didn't find out that they ran out of lids until after drink was ordered... really? Starbucks ran out of lids? Bruh!
Literally the WORST starbucks you could ever go to. Almost every order I have placed there it has been wrong or I have waited THIRTY minutes for my coffee or 25 min for a sandwich or they forgot to make it because there is no one in the store. Now this time instead of an impossible sandwich I get a regular sausage sandwich. Not to mention that when you do let them know they made a mistake the barista might as well throw the coffee in my face, that’s how rude they are. All in all don’t go here unless you want to wait 30 min for coffee and get the wrong sandwich. if I could, I’d give it zero stars. Also don’t try calling cause they’ll just answer and hang up the phone right away.

I wouldn't normally rate a Starbucks, mostly they are all the same... however I have to give props to your employee Meisha at this location. When I visited in January of this year, Meisha and the other worker at this location were hustling, kind, and went out of their way to take care of customers. When an elderly customer needed extra sugar packets, Meisha took time to walk around the counter and help this gentleman out, even helping him open the packets when he was struggling. It was an extra level of kindness, she was really great!
This review is a few months late, but I hope Meisha is still there and gets recognized for her work.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I understand being busy, I’ve worked busy days and I’m sure that busy days at Starbucks aren’t enjoyable. However, that does not mean that you have to be TERRIBLE and AWFULLY mean to your customers. If I could give the service a zero, trust me, I would. Learn how to train your employees properly, or fire your mean and horrible employees, your choice! While I’m at it, maybe you should take your name tag off before you start talking bad about me to your employees, Grace and Khloi. We ordered online, and were content to wait for our drinks while you were an hour and a half behind. Two hours goes by, all but two out of the five of our drinks have come out and the three others have been stolen. I walked up to the front and apologized for bothering them, but because my drinks had been stolen, I needed them remade. Instead of being met with my drink, I was met with anger, frustration, attitude, and judgment. Instead of being met with my drink, I was met with employee’s talking about me behind the desk, their names I’ve already said. Instead of being met with my drink, I was met with pointing and harsh words. The first time I went up, you were nice, and I was thankful. However, it wasn’t a one and done. To finally get my drinks, I had to ask not once, not twice, not three times, but four times. I understand you might’ve been annoyed with seeing me, but I was polite and calm and content with waiting longer if I had to. Not only did you slam my drinks down in front of me, but you also got the name wrong. Instead of apologizing, you insisted that the name on my order, Emma, was instead, Anna. I understand people have rough days, and I’ve worked a busy day behind the cash register on some of my worst days, but there’s something called a Customer Service Voice for a reason. Have an amazing day, and remember to never go to this Starbucks… unless you want to be treated like dirt! Then be my guest!

I was at the front of the line for twenty minutes and they were ignoring me and making other people’s orders. I tried ordering online but the app didn’t work because I didn’t have signal. The wifi also didn’t work. But the brownie was good and it didn’t melt until I ran to the capitol building.

What the hell did you guys do the pikes Place Coffee, it is absolutely terrible!
The barista did not get the orders right and did not have what we wanted even though it was barely opened at 12 pm. We also asked for light ice and our drinks were full of ice.
