Pretty standard Starbucks — drinks were fine and the place looked like you’d expect. The only downside was how long it took to get my order, especially since the store didn’t seem that busy.

Eliza rolled her eyes at me after asking to make the correct drink. service was horrible and took forever when waiting. waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich, and never got it because the cashier forgot to put it on the receipt. workers had attitude and were rude. people that came in after us would get their food before us.

Waited 15 minutes for an order that was supposed to take 3-6 minutes because someone took all the stickers off the printer and stuck them at various stations for the next crew member to figure out. Maybe they were short staffed, maybe they had a training issue. Disappointed after having deliberately chose this one over the one that had 3.6 stars on Google.

We are complete vegetarian with religious reason. And we ordered Spicy falafel wrap which is Complete vegan right? But They served Chicken wrap instead. Total disaster and one of my friends ate it. Also she was giving same for others.
