I ordered oatmeal for breakfast. I drove less than 4 miles to work and the oatmeal was so dry and sticky, there was no moisture left to add in the brown sugar, nuts and craisains. My macchaitto was really good though.

I got the caramel ribbon crunch frappe and it was made phenomenal! The server was very kind.

Pre ordered on the app so we could quickly stop while on the road. Bathrooms are clean. Customer service is terrible. Multiple customers waiting at the mobile pickup, clearly needing assistance. It was like a game to see which of the employees could do a better job ignoring the counter.

one either loves or hates their coffee. I stopped in to do a conference call. The internet was adequate, the seating area sparsely populated, and the music at an acceptable level that my online meeting members didn't complain about it.

Service slower than usual but what you order you get, I got a cinnamon dulce coffee Fraup today and when I tasted it I said to myself ooh what is this? I couldn't figure out if it was extra cinnamon in there or could it be coffee because I had never really tasted coffeein a Frappuccino before and perhaps that is why it tasted off to me. I always ask whenever I get it. I always say coffee. I want coffee in it but I have never really ever tasted coffee in a Frappuccino until today and it was the total bomb; oh so delicious and perhaps I know why it is slower than usual, because they make the drink as you order it, it is and will be my place to go in the future for all my coffee Frappuccinos!!!

Im a regular customer that goes to this starbucks on dirksen in springfield il, I noticed they been closing the store WAY to early! went last friday 10 minutes before 8pm and they said we had to take our drinks out because they were closing the doors. Today I called because at 7:30 I went by to order a frapuccino and they had cones on the drive thru so no one could order anything and their main door was locked, no signs of an employee in store but I called and a young lady answered saying they were opened but they were clsoing in ten minutes again went to see if the door was opened but no one answered. sucks because is the nearest starbucks to my house and by the time I get off work and get there is around 7:30 and they been closing half hour earlier than what it shows online!
Went through drive through. They moved pretty fast and was extremely pleasant. The batista seen the bees at the window and made sure to advise me to keep my window up till my order was ready. Keep up the great customer

Barista that took our order was awesome, I messed up explaining my order and she had to erase and start over and did not complain at all. Atmosphere for employees was mixed, some were having maybe too much fun while others were trying to put out the fires their fun had started. First experience like this here, and left disappointed with experience but satisfied with my coffee after the first barista helped.Hopeful this was a one time experience with the rest…
