Visited Starbucks today 2/15/25 and tried the Hazelnut Cold Brew and the Brown Sugar Oatmeal Shaken Espresso—both were absolutely amazing! The drinks were spot-on, and you can tell the staff really knows their stuff. I’ll definitely be back soon! ☕

Unorganized. Food came out 20 minutes before the drinks. When I asked if my drink order was received, Caitlyn tried to use her vast life experience to let me know how the store runs. Wow what an education! She’s so smart, she might make it to assistance manager in 3 years. With customer service skills like that, Oh! The Places She’ll Go!

Out of almond milk at 10am?, really… out of 2 of the 5 breakfast sandwiches at 10am that says offered all day. No menu boards with coffee prices and descriptions? only an advertisement for two holiday coffees. grocery store, literally 200ft to buy almond milk. listen to them tell 4 people they were out of almond milk just while I was finishing my coffee

My husband and I had never been to a Starbucks, until last night. The girl that waited on us didn’t know that we were new, but was so informative and made the process so easy when choosing a drink. There are so many options and it helps when you have a barista that really knows her stuff! Shout out to Elaina. (The spelling is probably wrong. Lol.) She was amazing!

Absolute trash location. They used to be good before moving across the street. New staff is terrible. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone in hopes that it wasn’t consistently awful. I will not be going back. The staff will rip you off by not making drinks properly, which is just unacceptable for a $7 coffee if you ask me. I even went back inside to have it remade this time and it was still awful. Terrible customer service from the girl on staff today 3/31/24 @ approximately 6:15pm. Three times in a row I’ve paid $7 for a cup of milk. Thanks! She admitted that since I asked for my drink with light ice, the drink would not be all the way full so they “HAVE TO” fill it up all the way with milk. Hmm… or more coffee? Or at least tell me upon ordering so I know I’m getting a cup of milk when I ask for light ice.
