Absolute trash location. They used to be good before moving across the street. New staff is terrible. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone in hopes that it wasn’t consistently awful. I will not be going back. The staff will rip you off by not making drinks properly, which is just unacceptable for a $7 coffee if you ask me. I even went back inside to have it remade this time and it was still awful. Terrible customer service from the girl on staff today 3/31/24 @ approximately 6:15pm. Three times in a row I’ve paid $7 for a cup of milk. Thanks! She admitted that since I asked for my drink with light ice, the drink would not be all the way full so they “HAVE TO” fill it up all the way with milk. Hmm… or more coffee? Or at least tell me upon ordering so I know I’m getting a cup of milk when I ask for light ice.

I frequently go to this Starbucks. The people there are terrific and fast. The only bad thing about this Starbucks is the car access. They have been building a larger, very nice one across the street in the Country Market parking lot. I hope this open it soon. Traffic to and driving around the drive thru at the current one is difficult.

I ordered a venti iced gingerbread chai at the wyndam hotel starbucks when there was barely a line and 45 minutes later i got a grande warm gingerbread chai, it did not taste like a chai at all, smelt like coffee, I couldnt drink it because it was disgusting. I am never going there again. Terrible service. Also, one of the workers was complaining the whole time about making drinks and one of my friends said instead of making drinks the guy was on his phone. I do not recommend this starbucks.

Busy Starbucks, and yes, because of the constraints of the lot, this location is essentially -- as a practical issue -- drive-through only. The attentive staff, however, provided outstanding customer service for this out-of-towner who didn't know the drill, and their thoughtful act of kindness made my day!!

Beyond disgusted at this location trash piled up behind the building along with an overflowing dumpster! If the outside looks like this can you imagine the kitchen and machines! Get it together starbucks!

My mobile order was delayed because they were swamped early in the morning. The parking lot is stupidly small. The drive thru is ridiculously crowded and the line can go out to the street. What's worse is some people don't know how to stay to one side to allow cars to pass through. I went inside to get my order and couldn't just leave because some idiot in the drive thru was blocking the way.Parking: Very small lot and almost too small to just drive through the lot if there are people in the drive thru! So stupid.

Went through drive through and it was packed when I got up to speaker person made me repeat myself THREE TIMES which was very annoying. Took forever to get a coffee; yo like when you rude and take forever to get a lousy coffee, in the old days they give you your drink for free and mind you this is the rich side of town so there's no reason I should have had to repeat myself three times, get better equipment!! I'll never go back to that Starbucks. They weren't like that just two years ago! Hire more people if you cannot keep up with your customers.Then I get there at the window and it takes another five minutes to get the coffee and when I finally got it the gal says how u doing and I said not good and she replied back "good." Imbeciles. Enjoy your coffee after 25 minutes of waiting to get it hahahahahahaha
