My espresso was burnt. It just tasted terrible. After 10 good espressos, you'll notice a burnt one. Could be a training issue or an equipment issue, I wouldn't know.

Cole is an absolute sweetheart and really was a pick me up kind of energy when I needed it. All the staff are friendly but Cole's bubbly personality stands out and made my morning great! My drink was perfect (I have never had an order mistake at this location) and I feel ready to take on the world. Thank you Cole and the staff of Starbucks freedom drive! ☕️

Honestly cant complain about this place besides maybe that the staff look uncomfortable being so elbow to elbow in one area. They are friendly and inviting nonetheless.
Jill is an awesome employee. Helped with door and taking my purchase to my vehicle!!! Much gratitude!!! Give this employee a pay raise!!! She's an example of how ALL employees "should" be! Kudos to you Jill!!!

Too clicky I feel like orientation is an issue. We are all people can’t we be treated as such. We should be looked at by how we treat people not who We are appearing to be. I feel it every time I go in. Haven’t been in a long time and feel it safe to post my review now to not be judged as to know who I am. But you know who I am. The one that was polite, and you’d looked at and judged.

My favorite starbucks in Springfield! If I wasn’t so poor I would come all the time. All the baristas work so hard and don’t get enough credit for their service and dedication. Also my drink is always fire. Come here you will not be disappointed!!
