One of the worst Starbucks in Springfield. They only get business because it’s located inside of a popular store so it’s convenient. Every time I stop here, the wait times are so long. Even when there’s barely customers. The baristas all have attitudes. They don’t greet anyone. Which is fine, I guess but for the mediocre drinks that they make, the least they can do is be customer friendly. Every drink I’ve ever bought from here taste like sewer water. Seriously I’m not exaggerating, their baristas aren’t even trained properly. One time this guy straight up told me “I’m not trained and I don’t want to mess up your drink. They just placed me here because all the baristas called off” And another thing they’re always out of stuff. The first time I went they were out of cold coffee cups, so they had to put my iced coffee in a hot coffee cup. The second time I went they were out of blonde roast. And today they were out of venti cups. This Starbucks is a joke…they need to close down !!

Ordered a Twix Frappuccino I saw on social media.. and figured while I wait for my glasses to be ready I’ll grab a drink. The young man at the counter was stunned ? by what I wanted lol I showed home my phone and he went to work . I didn’t get his name but he was about 6”3 , glasses and Draco Malfoy haircut ( no disrespect I’m a 4”11 n*** ).Good job will be back .

Mae coffee was the normal Starbucks coffee but I only rented it a 4 because the customer service was not as desired. I don't drink extremely hot drinks and I had asked them to not steam the milk as much as I normally do and it was extremely hot.

I just find it silly that Starbucks discontinued hazelnut syrup for the summer. It's a standard flavor and Starbucks can just decide to make it seasonal. Coffee is burnt usually.
