I have ordered my usual order multiple times here and unfortunately, I always get a really bad drink and it costs different every time even though I get the same size and drink.

Will not be back, will be using a vending machine in the future. It took over 5 minutes to get my order in the computer,needed the manager 3 times. Then after I got my drink and continued waiting I asked about my food I paid for. Hadn't even started it. Had to leave because of class. I will never go here again.

Early morning crew are slow and flat out don't care if your order is wrong. BTW extra hot does not mean tepid.

Slow, wrong order after waiting for 15 min. They don't seem to understand the word HOT. I know their target market is Girly items but Hot it hot Not iced. Heck they probably don't even have a hot coffee machine. Really freaked out the "Shift Leader" when I just asked for my money back if they could not get my order right. Second time I have been to this location in the past 30 days and both times it sucked. I am going to the Road Ranger Truck stop to get a cup of Hot Regular Coffee!!

Whoever was making chai lattes and hot chocolate mid day today was giving out just hot milk. Neither of our drinks had anything in them but hot milk. Seriously.

Huge shoutout to Hannah! Saved my morning yesterday! Ordered through the app and somehow my favorite location got changed and sent my order to the wrong store. She whipped me up and new cold brew and sammy and I was out the door! Thank you so much Hannah!

it would be nice too clean the floor. I get it you wanna talk to the customers, but you need to do more then just run your mouth. There are only 3 people in 2 of them are leaving. good time to clean the floor. plus they dont how to work there wifi.

I stayed in a nearby hotel for a long time, ordered my coffee online before I left the hotel and it was ready for me to pick up by the time I drove the 800 yards on my way to work. Great staff . . . Baristas new me by name.

Stopped by here for a hot beverage on a weekend evening. The place wasn't crowded, so was able to order immediately. The counter person made up our drink while the card machine was processing our payment, so we were out the door very fast. Staff were friendly and efficient - no surprises.

We stopped in before heading home to have some coffee and pastry for our road trip. The service here was friendly and quick and we were on our way in short order.
