What an awful experience! Stood there watching them more worried about the drive-through then us standing there for our two 11$ drinks. There were 3 orders just sitting on the counter. Finally got tired of standing there told an employee to keep the money they can use it for a tip and walked out. I will never be back.
The bucks had stars
I am very upset with my experience today. I am a very frequent customer and I always try to show my appreciation for the workers. My drink was made wrong today, and when I asked for it to be remade, the woman working the window rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut. The first time she told me the total it was 6.50, and then after this episode she wanted to charge me 7.50. I understand they have a frustrating job, but the attitude that was used was disrespectful and unneeded. This was around 8:20am.
Please place cup holders at the bottom of each bag, much much appreciated.
Poor management-clearly. You’re a coffee shop. Stopped by for a cold brew coffee during a cross country trip and was told “we are out of cold brew.” Cold brew takes prior planning which is where management comes in. Get it together, please.
Fortunately, I am just traveling through and my local Oklahoma Starbucks never lets me down.
Stopped to get coffee and a quick snack. Waited 10 minutes for food for carry out. I went to the counter to ask about our order of a sandwich. We'd seen 5 or 6 sandwiches heated and bagged. I was told, "yours is going in next. We prioritize drive through." Considering the number of staff, we were disappointed in how long we had to wait and being pushed to accommodate multiple other (drive through) customers.

Today is my birthday and I went in the drive thru to get my free drink and the girl wanted me to show her my app so she could scan my phone. Well of course I forgot my password so I was trying to reset it for like 3 minutes and I think it was the manager, he comes to the window and told me I shouldn’t be waiting this long and gave me my drink. I apologized and told him that I’m trying to reset my password and he goes “you’re totally fine, I don’t know any of my passwords and you’re totally okay” and he gave me my drink and told me to have a great day and happy birthday! So nice of him! Didn’t get his name but he was so kind :)

Springfield Starbucks is absolute trash for firing Haley. This is literally the "Cracker Barrel firing Brad's Wife" gone barista. Haley is such a hard worker, passionate about her job, and even promoted your drinks on her personal page just out of dedication to her position. She was the reason I'd get Starbucks, now she's the reason I'll pass on Starbucks any day for treating their workers poorly. Haley will put her efforts elsewhere and still have her success story, and you'll be left without an impeccable manager.
Had a rude experience, I will never visit another one again.I'll make coffee at home. The way it's supposed to be.

Called to ask if someone would look for my debit in a particular location. Not all over the store and was told they were too busy. Horrible customer service. It would have taken 30 seconds.

I stopped by for my drive to Chicago and ordered through the drive-thru. Like most Starbucks drive-thru, this location was busy, but it got my orders warm and ready! Even though this place was busy, the staff were fast and efficient! I got my orders in less than 10 minutes. I ordered my iced caramel latte and the egg and bacon sandwich.
