The plus size Caucasian woman with the tattoos all over her hands was so rude and impatient. She initially gave me the wrong information about what comes with a meal and her coworker politely corrected her and from then she was disrespectful. I asked her to repeat my order before paying, she let out the biggest sigh, while rolling her eyes then turns around and prints it on a receipt and says “here”. I take the receipt and read it, thank her and then give her my cash. The coworker who corrected her comes to the window, gives me my food and ask if I need anything else. Trying to get away from the other woman, I almost leave my charge and the kind coworker says “wait your change”. I reach for it and the rude worker shoves my change in my hand, dropping a quarter. She then looks down and says “oh that’s a quarter”. I tell her thank you and leave. She needs training on customer service and professionalism.

Burger bun was rubbery. No onion on the burger but was requested. Chili Mac supreme was cold. Fries were overcooked and hard. Very disappointed with the entire visit. Will not be returning. No employees in uniform. Dirty tables not wiped down. We were the only customers in the dining room. Management needs to get their act together and hire people who actually do their job. Ridiculous!!

Unfortunately didn't even get to eat at this location.i drove across town with my 1 year old and the doors to the lobby were both locked and it was 7:55pm. While 2 employee's were sitting in there car passing a smoke.

I normally work door dash from here but tonight im a dine in customer and I must say. The customer service is out of this world. If able to I'd give 100 stars!! Employees are amazing and have a very amazing trainer and boss. Ive been to multiple steak and shakes before and NOTHING and NOWHERE tops the springfield Wabash location!!! Keep up the amazing work yall!!
