Unfortunately didn't even get to eat at this location.i drove across town with my 1 year old and the doors to the lobby were both locked and it was 7:55pm. While 2 employee's were sitting in there car passing a smoke.

I normally work door dash from here but tonight im a dine in customer and I must say. The customer service is out of this world. If able to I'd give 100 stars!! Employees are amazing and have a very amazing trainer and boss. Ive been to multiple steak and shakes before and NOTHING and NOWHERE tops the springfield Wabash location!!! Keep up the amazing work yall!!

Food was just fine but I got a side of cheese fries and whatever “cup of cheese” they gave me was not the usual yellow nacho cheese style Steak ‘n Shake cheese sauce. It was pale, thin and a weird gritty like texture. almost tasteless and smelled like grease.

The managers are very rude especially the tall white guy i think his name is mike he is very rude and very disrespectful they will touch your food without gloves they serve undercooked food as well not a great place to go for a good nice lunch .some workers are really really nice but most of them are not a people to have a professional conversation with they really need to be looked in bad!!!!!!!!!
